I love food so much that it was really important to me early on that our boys love it too. My middle will eat literally anything, but my oldest took a bit more work to get over picky eating. ![Childhood is meant to be explored, not scrolled. 🌿 I know we’re lucky to live somewhere that makes getting outside easy and fun, but I’ve found that the real magic happens when kids get the chance to be bored. One of our favorite ways to encourage that has been child-led walks. We have no destination in mind, we just let the boys lead.
