I am on a mission to bust this popular trend of wearing weighted vests on long walks.The only place for a weighted vest is in the weight room! 30 to 45 sec sets of squats, walking lunges, or pull-ups for example. Wearing it all the time or on those long walks will result in back pain and overuse injuries. Your abs will get weaker and any arthritis on your body will be aggravated. So keep it to the weight room! 
*as estrogen drops so does muscle And the only way to fight that is by lifting heavy: Pre-Exhaust each muscle first, periodization: 6-12 reps*Increase the weight if you can achieve more reps*Rest 1 minute between sets. Happy Fit YAY of the day with two LRF activation warm-up exercises that you must do to prime your body before diving into your workout! 
Two great examples shown are:
🔹 The TYI’s over with the stability ball 
🔹 Glute Bridges

These warm-ups are essential to prepare your muscles, prevent injury, Reduces pain and discomfort in neck or shoulders, Strengthens the musculature of the back that causes rounded shoulders (improves posture) and maximizes your lift!
*Extra bonus warm-up TYI’s:
Perform 3 hand positions for each. 
1) arms pointing your thumbs forward (palms down) and pulse for 10x
2) Point thumbs up and pulse 10x
3) Point thumbs down, pulse 10x
You Should Feel It:
• In the shoulder blades of your back
Coaching Cues:
• Avoid using your neck or shrugging your shoulders up to your ears
• If you can not perform without your neck muscles coming into play, then Use the floor with your forehead resting on
a towel to relax the neck muscles.

·  Waken up your body, loosen your joints & improve range of motion so you feel energized and move with ease!
·  Lunge forward HF, glutes, hamstrings, even calves & ankles!
·  Elbow to ankle for your thoracic spine and shoulder mobility, stretches your chest and QL muscle of your back!
·  One WGS+ 5 Rotations x5 on each leg!

2)  Scapular Push-up + Shoulder Taps Alternating 10 Repeat 3x
3)  4 Way Hip Mini Band-activates- glutes/hip stabilizers- improve core, prevents injury by reducing strain on the knees and lower back.
-Side Steps, Butt kickbacks, Adductors, Hip flexors 15x all one side then repeat on other 3x through!
