We celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary over the weekend and love reflecting on this crazy life we built.
They say real love isn’t just staring into each others eyes, it’s looking together in the same direction (ok maybe that’s what a card said), but it’s so so true. Love having this one as my partner in all things.

![Back to school already and I’m sharing systems + routines that help all of us! First up - morning skincare!
After breakfast the girls know: brush teeth, rinse face (just with water) and put on sunscreen.
Sometimes I have to give more reminders than I like but they have been happily reaching for this one by thinksuncare (their Everyday Sun Serum). While it’s not specifically marketed to preteens, I love it because it’s a safe and effective formula for their sensitive skin, and they love it because it looks and feels beautiful and it has adorable packaging. Our June, Juneteenth baby, stretching every morning and now running into school 🥹 this year her 5th birthday 🎂 was also pre-K graduation day 👩🏽🎓 AND the day K-Pop Demon Hunters dropped 🍿🤣
The girls had all been psyched for it and June wanted a decoration party at home with her sisters and skittles (and a gardening set, which she got too)! We did manis + movie and lots of keepy-uppy (iykyk)

To be able to provide and care for my patients and still be able to show up and volunteer for field trips and class events for my kids.
I often get asked how I plan to scale, how I can add this or that to generate more patients or more revenue, but that really isn’t the goal. How many of you are listening to outside goals and dreams and letting that sway you?

![I think we can all use a little joy on our timelines, especially this mama who is struggling with the idea of sending her kid to daycare.
We’ve all heard our share of horror stories, but there are so many great stories too, or honestly the it’s all going well but us working moms (and moms in general) are too busy doing all the things to share positive reviews!
So here is my positive review for our daycare, and all of our daycares over the years. They have become villages for my girls, places they run to, places they create and play in, places they make friends and problem solve without me, places that allow me to also work and build.
Are there days I wish I didn’t need daycare? Absolutely. Are there days we all want a day off? Absolutely. I think we can all say that about anything!
But will daycare damage your child? No. If anything it will help them learn there are more places that are safe for them, more people who love and care for them, and helps the world feel bigger and still closer at the same time.
