The first time MJ performed the Moonwalk was at the Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever special—taped live at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on March 25, 1983 and broadcast on May 16, 1983. That unforgettable “Billie Jean” performance changed dance history forever.

I still remember when I first did my underwater Moonwalk — that reel was featured on Good Morning America and went viral worldwide. That moment sparked my journey to create more underwater dance. 🌊✨

Now, I’m pushing myself again. In a full suit, I moonwalked on the pool floor, flipped to the surface, and kept my heels perfectly underwater in a 12-foot pool. Not easy, but MJ’s legacy keeps inspiring me to go beyond limits.

To create a flat split on the surface of the water, I begin from within.
First, I activate my front hip flexors and hamstrings, pulling my legs apart through pure strength.
I squeeze my glutes, push my hips forward, and use my lower back to stay controlled and aligned.
About 80% of the split you see happens through muscle activation alone — no pushing, no forcing, just mind-muscle connection.

🩰 I trained five professional shark feeders and divers to perform underwater — not just swim, but dance.
🌊 We practiced and performed in Bimini, Bahamas, surrounded by tiger sharks, hammerheads, and lemon sharks — no cages, no tricks, just open water.

📺 The show is called Dancing with the Sharks — and now streaming on Discovery Channel.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime challenge to turn expert divers into underwater performers — moving with precision, rhythm, and grace in the middle of the ocean.

The YSL Museum & Gardens were another highlight. Those bold colors — deep blues, sunny yellows — felt like a painting come to life.

Before this trip, I had never even heard of riads, and now I’m obsessed! The mosaic-tiled pools and hidden courtyards are like secret little oases.

And the rooftops… I’m such a rooftop girl, and here they’re everywhere. Sunset views, mint tea, and the sound of the call to prayer in the distance — pure magic.

My first time riding a horse was on a beach in Essaouira, Morocco 🇲🇦

Just sitting on it was terrifying — every move made me feel like I’d fall. Maybe it was the aftermath of my ACL surgery; mentally, I just couldn’t trust my body or connect with the horse’s rhythm.

Huge shoutout to the patient horse owner cheval__essaouira who stayed calm with me through all my nerves. Because of him, I got this incredible moment captured — the horse REARING UP 180 degrees, and me still holding on tight. Then we galloped along the shore, wind and waves rushing past 🌊
