When I moved to Puerto Rico 15 months ago, I treated the first 3 months like vacation. I was eating pastelitos, empanadas, fried food, sweets…and drinking every weekend

17 lbs later… I was the heaviest I’d ever been

I didn’t feel confident in my own skin. I had low energy, was relying on coffee and energy drinks every day just to get through my work. I masked it with “enjoying life” but deep down I knew that lifestyle wasn’t fulfilling me.

That’s when I made the decision that changed everything.

And the truth is my biggest shift wasn’t just in the workouts… it was in my ROUTINE. It was in my NUTRITION.

For the first time in 11 years of coaching, I started tracking my food. Before that, I just “ate healthy” but never really paid attention. I paired that with simply moving more, hitting my steps consistently and the changes came.

From the pictures, you can see the physical transformation. But what you can’t fully see is the way I recommitted to the habits and standards I hold for myself and the energy and confidence that came back with it.

The truth is.. being stuck doesn’t have to last long. All it takes is making the decision to commit
