This past month, I officially completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training through corepoweryoga 🪷🕉️ a journey that has been years in the making. I’m deeply honored to have been one of the recipients of their BIPOC scholarship, created to help bring more inclusivity into the yoga space. As a Middle Eastern fitness instructor, this mission means everything to me. Representation matters - and I’m passionate about creating spaces where more of us feel seen, safe, and supported 💕 I started practicing yoga in high school to support my dance training and prevent injuries, but it quickly became so much more. The philosophy, the breathwork, the grounding presence - these elements continue to bring clarity and calm to my life.
