here’s how you can make it:
- simmer soft tofu for a min to firm it up
- toast and grind some sichuan peppercorn
- brown some mince beef
- add in spicy chilis, minced ginger, garlic, green onion
- add in doubanjiang
- fry for a bit
- deglaze with chinese cooking wine and stock of your choice (or water)
- season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, peppercorn oil, a bit of Chinese black vinegar
- thicken with cornstarch slurry
- add in tofu
- gentttlyyyy mix it in for a bit
- top with chili oil
- enjoy :)]()

![sesame balls 😮💨 cant lie i like red bean filling more i messed up the chocolate
- here’s how you can make:
- combine 200g glutinous rice flour, 25 g sugar, pinch of salt
- slowly pour in 150g boiling water while mixing
- knead around until its a smooth dough
- roll it into a log, and cut them into ~30g balls
- flatten the ball and place your choice of filling inside
- popular fillings are red bean paste, black sesame paste, i tried using a chocolate ganache situation but i definitely overcooked it - next time i’ll freeze the balls so they stay cooler while the outside cooks
- Coat the outside of the balls with raw sesame seeds soaked in water
- fry at a low heat (270f) until the outside is set
- then crank the heat to 350f and fry until golden brown
- be careful because they can explode lol

chinese pork daikon soup - one of my fav soups of all time
Heres how you can make it:
- boil some pork spare ribs from cold
- skim the scum, rinse off any impurities
- bring the ribs to a low boil again for about 20 minutes along with salt and shaoxing cooking wine
- throw in aromatics - i used green onion, ginger, bay leaf, star anise
- cook some daikon alongside
- i also put carrots and shiitake mushrooms
- cook until your veggies are soft and the meat hella tender
- strain out the broth, put the veggies and meat back in
- boom, best soup ever]()

but i think i made it a bit too red lol
thank you for the awesome stainless pan madein
here’s how you can make it super easily:
- boil some coconut milk
- drop in red thai curry paste
- i put a pepper in there, but mostly just for show haha
- fry it until the coconut oil separates
- throw in chicken
- i put in lemongrass and galangal for the video but youre not supposed to, its a bit tough to eat
- fry for a bit
- pour rest of coconut milk and add some chicken stock
- throw in some thai basil and some chilis if you can handle it
- season with fish sauce and palm sugar
- enjoy
I made this one a bit too thick, but you can adjust how spicy/thick you want your curry based on how much coconut milk/chicken stock or chilis you add

this stuff just feels good to grub on
here’s how you can easily make it:
- velvet your beef for 30 min using baking soda, water, salt, shaoxing rice wine, dark soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and mix in some oil
- quickly stir fry some chopped veggies: carrots, cabbage, onions
- remove from pan
- cook or loosen your lo mein egg noodles in boiling water (depending on if they’re precooked) and drain
- stir fry your beef, add in some chopped garlic with it
- add in noodles
- add in sauce (soy, dark soy, oyster, sugar, msg, white pepper, corn starch slurry)
- top off with green onions and bean
