Paying £150-£200 a month for life is also an option of course 🤷♀️ ( although you have to come off it, cold turkey, once you reach a certain BMI,so actually you cant stay on it for life, so scratch that) The fact is you CAN get the same results without Mounjaro Im not going to lie to you lt’ll take longer But the results will be here to stay Because You ate more- so it was sustainable You fixed your mindset and resolved the food issues- that caused your weight struggles in the first place You also faced up to the issues in your day to day life that further contributed to said struggles And learned to deal with your stress levels Unless you can address these issues Youre just kicking the can further down the road And you’ll NEVER be able to lose weight, and keep it off You’ll just be back to square one in 6 months Just like you were with Herbalife Want that sustainable weight loss and prepared to spend a little bit more time getting there ? - 1️⃣ People pleasers They tend to do , and eat, wherever & whatever everyone else wants , which massively impacts their weight loss attempts ANOTHER issue- people pleasers often harbour a lot of resentment, which can lead to emotional eating A coach provides accountability to help people pleasers put themselves first a bit more, & show them tactics on how to do this (without making them feel uncomfortable) 2️⃣ Perfectionists Perfectionists typically have a tough time with dieting Because life isn’t always predictable and doesn’t go to plan- food doesn’t always either This is a concept perfectionists hugely struggle with – if they havent eaten perfectly, they feel like they have failed Which often leads to a loss of motivation, and a “f**k it, ive failed, might as well continue” mentality which makes them fall off the wagon Coaches work well as they can not only get the person back on track, but educate them be more flexible with food choices 3️⃣ All or nothing personalities Going to the extremes & giving it your all gets you far in life- with most things! The problem is, these people are highly attracted to extreme diets that aren’t sustainable (1200 calories, shakes, no carb) So they give up They are typically on & off diets for many years , repeating this same extreme pattern Coaching allows these people to find that elusive middle ground; they are able to eat more , enjoy food & are therefore able to stick to their weight loss regime successfully 4️⃣ Those that are “too busy” They try & shoehorn everything into their lives Which not only leaves them less time to look after themselves But often leads to emotional eating & burnout A coach, again, holds them accountable & focused to what they TRULY want and their goals , but can also offer A LOT of wisdom & tips to speed up & simplify things like food prep 5️⃣ Highly stressed individuals These people often struggle with emotional eating and/or poor sleep Both aren’t great for weight loss A good coach will help you manage your stress levels, so you can handle both ! #weightlosscoachforwomen #weightloss #dieting #weightlosshelpforwomen #mounjaro
