Our rooftop workout at Kove Studio was a night to remember! We still canโ€™t get over the gorgeous views and the hard work of everyone who came and crushed the workout. Thanks to Kove, we were able to recover in the sauna and then jump into the cold plunges. This was a new experience for many of the women who came, and they did amazing, some staying in for 2-3 minutes before getting out!

Weโ€™re so grateful to create these kinds of unique experiences for our community. While strength training will always be at the core of what we do, wellness is what ties it all together.

Do I have more muscle than before? Absolutely. 

Do I look like Iโ€™m ready to step on a bodybuilding stage? 
Not even close.

Hereโ€™s the thing: that โ€œbulkyโ€ look people warn you about? Nine times out of ten, itโ€™s just muscle with a layer of fat over it, not pure muscle mass (sorryyyy). As you get stronger and drop body fat, youโ€™ll usually look leaner and smaller, not bigger. 

Yes, if your goal is to step on a bodybuilding stage, you can (maybe) get there, but it takes years of intentional training, meticulous nutrition, and an enormous amount of dedication (and some extra help๐Ÿ’Š).
