before an august recap, I have to share these 🤍 on this day, I was highly anxious after saying yes to some new-to-me things. my confidence was shaky but I knew that I had to do a little brave thing. it’s the only thing that’s helped me get close to my truest self and who I’m meant to be. I met sarareedphoto and immediately I felt the anxiety leave my body. just being with her and talking beyond surface level so easily made me feel like this is it. this is the biggest sign from the universe that I’m meant to trust my gut because this is what happens. I meet people who align with me, my values, my heart and soul, and isn’t that what life is all about? I carried on this lightness and giddy feeling onto the next brave thing, which was attending an event alone. little did I know, I’d be making more friends by doing that (key word: alone) too. (s/o benable_hq ✨) so when Sara sent me these photos the other week, I had a totally crazy reflective moment of that day. how it started out with sooooo much anxiety, self doubt, lack of self worth, and here I am, a month and some change later. feeling so good being me. feeling good enough. finally.
