It’s on my number 1 sunset and sunrises! Can’t even show through the camera how beautiful it’s!

We just got back from Burning Man, and I still feel like part of me is out there in the desert. My head is full of flashes and fragments — moments, colors, sounds, faces. It feels less like a trip and more like a dream. I don’t have many photos or videos, but the memories are strong.
I’d been waiting for this for ten years. I always knew I wanted to experience Burning Man, and this year everything finally aligned. The road there wasn’t easy — 24 hours from Sacramento.By the time we arrived, it already felt like another world.
The desert gave us wind, rain, and then, starting Wednesday, the most perfect weather. On the playa, the most incredible things happen — things you won’t see anywhere else in the world. Giant art rising from the dust, music echoing across the night, strangers becoming family. And the sunrises and sunsets? 🌅The most beautiful I’ve ever seen, painting the whole sky in colors I’ll never forget.
BM reminded me of humility, acceptance, and letting go. You can’t control everything — sometimes you just have to surrender. It was everything I hoped for and more, and I’m so grateful I shared it all with my partner. ❤️
The only things that bothered me were the bloggers and the toilets — hopefully one day that changes😅
We came home with unforgettable memories and plenty of dust ❤️

Always chasing happiness…
Thinking it’s somewhere out there.
In a place, a person, a goal.

But here’s the twist—
🎢 Always chasing happiness…
Thinking it’s somewhere out there.
In a place, a person, a goal.
But here’s the reality —
Happiness isn’t just internal or external.
It’s both.
It’s in the doing, the trying, the becoming. isn’t just internal or external.
It’s both.
It’s in the doing, the trying, the becoming.❤️

Let me explain to you what does mean food labels 🏷️
So let’s start with:
USDA 100% organic: All ingredients are certified organic, even the cornstarch used in processing.
USDA organic: All ingredients, except those specified as allowable by the USDA, are certified organic. If you see this label on meat, dairy, or eggs, the animals must have been
raised in conditions that allow for natural behaviors ,have been fed 100 percent organic feed and for-age, and have been given no antibiotics or hormones.
Made with organic: At least 70 percent of this product contains organic ingredients.
Natural, all natural, or 100% natural: These doesn’t defined or regulated by the USDA or FDA, which means a food manufacturer can decide what’s “natural”.
Non-GMO project verified: This product contains less than 0.9 percent GMO
Grass fed: This product comes from animals that were fed grass their entire lives, with no grain or grain by-products, and were also given constant access to a grassy land
Grass finished: This product was produced from animals that were fed a mixture of grass and industrial grain.
Cage-free: This is for eggs means that the eggs are from hens that weren’t technically kept in cages but could still have been raised indoors in crowded conditions.
Free range: This product comes from animals that had free access to the outdoors for more than half their lives.
Pasture raised: This product comes from animals that had regular, free access to the outdoors for “a significant portion” of their life 2025-06-08 19:11:51 Let .. 0 -100% 1 -58%

What is CSA?
Here’s how it works: You buy a “share” at the beginning of the growing season, helping a local farmer cover essentials like seeds, tools, and labor. In return, you get a box full of just-picked, seasonal produce every week (or every other week) 🌽🍓🥬
But it’s so much more than just fresh veggies:
🍅 Freshness & Nutrition – You get produce that was harvested literally yesterday — that’s farm-to-table, redefined.
🍑 Seasonal Variety – Eat what’s naturally growing — which means more variety and nutrients in your diet.
🥕 Cost-Effective – Organic, local food at a better price? Yes please.
🌻 Community Connection – Many CSAs host events, tours, and chances to volunteer. You’re not just buying food — you’re building relationships.
📚 Learn by Eating – Discover what it really takes to grow your food. Respect the process, love the plate.
And for farmers? You’re giving them something priceless: security. That upfront payment helps them plan and grow with confidence!

You pick up a “healthy” snack bar or a dairy-free yogurt, and the ingredients list is filled with:
•Canola or sunflower oil
•Natural flavors (aka not natural at all)
•Added sugars or artificial sweeteners
•Gums, preservatives, and fillers
•Protein isolates you can’t pronounce
These ingredients are highly processed, and inflammatory, and can do more harm than good — especially if you’re struggling with gut issues, inflammation, or autoimmunity. What you should do and can you avoid?

Here are my top 3 spices:
You might think cinnamon is just for flavor—but it’s doing a lot more behind the scenes.
Cinnamon helps your body respond better to insulin, the hormone that moves sugar from your blood into your cells for energy. This means it helps keep your blood sugar stable, especially after meals.
It also slows digestion, so sugar enters your bloodstream more gradually, avoiding big spikes and crashes.
And it fights inflammation, which is at the root of many health problems—from fatigue to weight gain to chronic disease.

Now let’s talk about salt with seaweed.
Sea salt alone gives your body natural sodium, which you need for hydration, focus, and nerve function.
But when it’s mixed with seaweed, you’re also getting iodine, which is essential for your thyroid to make hormones that control energy, temperature, and metabolism.
Seaweed also gives you magnesium, which helps your muscles relax, supports good sleep, keeps blood sugar balanced, and even helps with digestion.

And finally—black garlic.
This is regular garlic that’s been fermented, which changes its flavor and its effect on your body.
It’s gentler on the stomach than raw garlic, but much richer in antioxidants—the compounds that protect your cells from stress and aging.
It supports a healthy immune system, reduces inflammation, and has even been shown to help lower bad cholesterol and support heart health.

So yes—these everyday spices do more than taste good.
They help your body function better on every level.

🎈This winter my husband tried the famous Dubai chocolate and really liked it. I didn’t want to follow the trend, so I never even tried making it.
But since it’s his birthday and he loved that chocolate, I decided to make a healthy version for him—and it turned out so good!
Here’s how I made it:
Pistachio Butter:
Roast pistachios in the oven, and while they’re still warm, blend them in a food processor with a couple of spoons of coconut oil. You can add maple syrup if you want some sweetness (I added it later).
Chocolate:
I made my own using cacao butter, cacao nibs, and maple syrup. Don’t forget to temper the chocolate so it stays nice and snappy.
Tart Base:
I blended dates, flax seeds, and shredded coconut. Pressed it into tart molds and set it aside.
Filling:
I used kataifi (got it on Amazon), mixed it with the pistachio butter, added tahini, cashew paste, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
To assemble:
•	Pour a thin layer of chocolate into the mold, let it set.
•	Add the pistachio filling, then top with more chocolate.
•	I used the same method for chocolate bars!
If you want more details, just DM me. Or… should I sell these in my store?🌺

What’s something you still don’t feel confident doing in a yoga class?🧘🏼‍♀️
I’ve been teaching yoga for 7 years now, over 15 group and private classes every week. One thing I always suggest to beginners is: if you feel lost or unsure, consider taking a private class. But if that’s not possible, don’t worry — group class its a good option as well.
How do I recognize beginners in my classes?
They make a lot of the same mistakes — and that’s completely normal. We’ve all been there.
I know you want to take the hardest version of the pose and follow the most advanced student in the room.
But give yourself time. You’ll get there.
It’s okay if your alignment isn’t perfect — that’s why I give you blocks and modifications. Use them.
Its ok if you don’t fully understand the cues yet — just listen, they’ll start to make sense.
Its ok if you feel like savasana is a waste of time — one day it’ll be your favorite pose.
Its ok if you’re still figuring out how to breathe — just pay attention and let it come.
Yoga isn’t just about doing poses.
It’s about building awareness, tuning in, and being present.
Stop looking around. Look within.
Keep practicing. Keep breathing. Hold your poses a little longer.
Listen to your teacher — and more importantly, listen to your body.
Be patient and consistent.
I promise, one day you’ll be the advanced yogi in class — if you truly want to be🩷 2025-04-10 01:41:35 .. 19 -29% 4 +67%
✨ Have you seen all these crazy morning routine videos where people wake up at 5 AM, take ice baths, meditate for an hour, and follow a 27-step skincare routine? Honestly… who has time for that?!
Morning routines don’t need to be a “production”.I keep mine simple, effective, and realistic—because life is busy!
Here’s what my one-hour morning routine looks like:
✔ Oil pulling with coconut oil– Helps clean my mouth, get rid of bacteria, and freshen breath.
✔ Tongue scraping + brushing my teeth– Because gut health starts in the mouth!
✔ Hydration with healing– I drink water with probiotics, bovine powder, and gut-healing supplement to support my digestion.
✔ Shower + simple haircare– Drying my hair with a balm and oil—no overcomplicated styling.
✔ Minimal skincare– Eye cream, face and neck cream, followed by a quick facial massage tool.
✔ Moisturizing & deodorant– Keeping my skin hydrated with oil and using a clean deodorant.
✔ Light makeup (if any!)– A little touch-up, and I’m good to go!
That’s it—no stress, no endless steps, just a normal morning routine that works. Let’s stop making mornings a full-time job and create a simple, sustainable habit instead!

Yoga isn’t something you do only when you have free time—it’s something you make time for. Just like eating, sleeping, or working, it deserves a place in your schedule as a priority, not an extra. When you commit to it, week by week, day by day, your practice grows stronger, and so do you. The real transformation happens when yoga becomes a non-negotiable part of your life—not just an activity, but a way of being.

Sitting still to study is one of the hardest things for me—especially as a yoga teacher who loves to move! But I have no choice I have to study for Nutrition exam and it takes a lot of my time. And I maybe I have ADHD so it does make my studying easier) but that's what helpful for me:
1.Diet Support: My carnivore/keto diet has been a game-changer. It helps me feel more focused and allows me to sit still for longer periods.
2.Daily Study Goals: I set small, realistic goals every day—sometimes just 20 minutes, sometimes up to an hour and more. Consistency is key!
3.Stretch Breaks: Taking breaks every 30–40 minutes to stretch keeps my body and mind refreshed.
4.Supplements: Magnesium L-threonate, adaptogens, and NAC have supported my brain function and focus.
5.Mindful Rest: Daily meditation or 15–20 minutes of yoga nidra helps consolidate neural circuits and strengthens my brain’s ability to retain new information.
6.Eliminating Distractions: Turning off my phone and leaving it in another room makes a huge difference in my focus and productivity.

I bought a body oil in Woodstock and absolutely loved it! When I couldn’t find it in the store again and saw that it was pretty expensive online, I decided to make my own. It’s so simple, natural, affordable, and my skin is absolutely loving it!
Here’s the recipe:
- Sunflower Oil (40%)– Lightweight and rich in Vitamin E, it hydrates and protects against environmental damage.
- Avocado Oil (20%)– Deeply nourishing, it soothes dry skin and boosts collagen with vitamins A, D, and E.
- Grapeseed Oil (15%)– A fast-absorbing oil that tightens skin, balances oil, and fights free radicals.
- Sweet Almond Oil (15%)– Softens, calms irritation, and brightens skin with vitamin A and zinc.
- Jojoba Oil (10%)– Balances oil production, moisturizes deeply, and heals without clogging pores.
Add about 10 drops of your favorite essential oil for fragrance. My go-to is from Canadian Storm Spa—it smells amazing!

After your shower, let your body dry and apply this oil for soft, nourished skin. It’s a game-changer! 2025-01-10 04:33:42 I bou.. 28 +5% 3 +25%

I started the Carnivore diet 6 months ago, and here’s what has changed in my health:
1. I feel energized when I eat just meat– I no longer need naps like I used to.
2. My mind is much clearer– I can concentrate, read, and work efficiently. This has been incredibly helpful as I prepare for exams (I’m always studying something!). I can sit, focus, and stay productive without distraction.
3. My sleep has improved– I used to have vivid, crazy dreams. Now I sleep soundly and sometimes wake up once during the night. I feel more rested, and I rarely dream.
4. My muscle and joint pain have decreased– I used to experience pain in different joints. Unfortunately, whenever I reintroduce other foods, the pain returns.
5. Stable blood sugar– I use a glucose monitor and am happy to see stable levels with no crashes.
The downside?
I’m a foodie, and sometimes I miss having a variety of foods. I can eat other things when I want, but I now understand how each choice affects me. It’s all about how I want to feel – and I choose to feel great.
I always say I don’t focus too much on studies; I care about real-life experiences. Some people thrive on plant-based diets, some on paleo – everyone is unique.
As a nutrition coach, I don’t promote the carnivore diet unless someone is interested in trying it. I work with vegetarians and people following various diets. I chose carnivore because it was absolutely necessary for my well-being.
I wouldn’t want to stay on this diet for a long time. I see some downsides as well, so I will continue my journey to better health and keep exploring what works best for me.
