The goal was always to live life on my own terms, spending it with the people I love most. At 23 years old I got my real estate license with the intention of owning my own business. Like most agents I failed to understand that I couldn’t do everything on my own. It took me 2 years of figuring it own on my own before I put my ego aside and finally invested in a coach. I immediately learned how expensive it was investing in a good mentor but looking back now, not investing would have cost me 100x more. The first mentor I hired taught me a simple concept: 1. Focus on what you do best 2. Delegate the rest So I did. I spent all of my energy on building partnerships with local businesses owners & nurturing my referral database. At 25 years old I hired my first full time assistant and outsourced the rest to her. From there I brought on my first buyer’s agent, transaction coordinator, and then finally a listing agent. Fast forward to 2023 and my team closed on over 200 transactions. The best part? I did it while actually running the business instead of being stuck inside it. In 2024 I opened up Goldbar Staffing. The first Executive Assistant Staffing Company that specializes in helping real estate professionals buy back their time.
