![Today marks 12 weeks since my mastectomy for breast cancer and 4 weeks until my next surgery. 🫀🎢
I feel like only now I’m really processing how much I have done in the last 5 months since my diagnosis. I am not ashamed to say I am so proud of myself. 🌅
This showcase was the afternoon after I had 5 more biopsies after they had found more breast cancer in other places after my MRI. No one knew at this point. So watching this back just feels so special knowing what I have endured and overcome.
I have done and am still doing my best in all that life has thrown at me this year. I truly feel SO INSPIRED 🪄
I am still very much in it BUT IMO it’s so important to celebrate these milestones. So that’s what I am doing today! For me!
I am heading to the gym now for the first time in 3 months, and then I’m going to sing for thousands of fans later on stage at thetownfestival in Brazil. 🇧🇷🎉
Anyone going through a tough time and having to still show up for life and raising kids and jobs and other people still. I’m hugging you proper 🫂

Me • “I am good. I am happy, but I am exhausted”.
Recovering from breast cancer surgery whilst raising a toddler and releasing music independently is not easy. It’s amazing and fun but also relentless and draining.
But I want it all. So here I am doing it.
I have never been this stretched in a physical and mental capacity in my life. In some moments I am so intensely zoned in and in beast mode and feel like I can do anything and in other moments (like right now) I want to curl up in bed and sleep for a week and throw my phone in a river lol.
Acknowledging both can exist side by side is fair and healthy. And both are extreme and I don’t think one can work without the other so I’m on the 🎢 and staying on for now as it won’t be like this forever.
I guess I am wanting to connect and hug with anyone else who has big responsibilities with family or work etc whilst trying to recover or live with something life changing due to health. I see you. 🫂🪄🫀🔋🪫🔋🪫🔋]()

![11am on Saturday I decided to take Sky to go and surprise his Dad in 🇩🇰 (My Mum and Dad came along for the fun and stress lol)
I booked a flight for 5pm which gave us 3 hours to pack and get everything sorted in the car in time for the airport.
It was the fastest turn around I have ever done. And zero preparation. 😂 My Dad was so relaxed 🤥😂
I was texting people trying to find a hotel as everything was booked up as there was a lot going on that weekend. (Drake 🔥)
It was 20 minutes before take off and I called soren.olsenn and he said I’m at the 1hotelcopenhagen you should stay here. Let me see if they have any rooms. They did. 🥹🙏🏻🪄🔋
They were not only available for us to stay but made us feel so welcome and looked after when we landed. They had Skys bed laid out and toys and a hygge book for him.
They had opened only 4 days before and the hotel is beautiful. Calm, modern, natural with so much light in the best location and the staff were kind and moving like a well oil machine considering it was early doors.
Thank you so much for a perfect place to rest our heads for this special last minute trip. 🫀🍀 1hotelcopenhagen
I went to surprise chanancolman and there was 111 on the table and it was 11.11pm. My 🪽 watching over me and making sure I got there ok and was in the right place.
We had a whirlwind unplanned 4 days of needed Sky Daddy and Mummy time (With some grandparent time sprinkled in ofcourse) so Mummy and Daddy could have some alone time. ☀️
