I got into real estate for the freedom it could give me, but I didn’t expect this. A large chunk of my day is simply responding to people. A first time homebuyer is the proud new owner of this Acworth home! Anyone else feeling a little like this today? Not gonna lie I want it to snow. I hate that it’s the first week back from break cuz this working mama has sooo much to do. Lots of magic in the last 7 days! What a whirlwind it’s been… 🎄Dinner with Santa with my girl at school. She made an awesome gingerbread house for the competition. 🎄Watching my niece perform in her ice skating Christmas show. Proud Auntie and god-mommy 🎄Delivered 15 client gifts and made 150 teacher popbys 🎄Dinner with Santa at my office 🎄Decorated cookies at Olivia’s besties birthday party 🎄Olivia went to the Trans Siberian Orchestra with her dad and one of the musicians came down the aisle and played for her and gave her a guitar pick. She’s one lucky lady. 🎄My baby made me so proud. She started selling bookmarks to raise money to help kids in the hospital and the food pantry. So I’ve been helping by promoting, laminating and delivering. 🎄I got to help plan and execute Olivia’s class party and help all the kids with a present for their parents 🎄Met with 4 mentees this week to help them get started and grow their businesses 🎄We made it through 12 spirit days at school- check out her Grinch Day get-up. Miss Cindy Lou (she legit skipped into school from the car line) 🎄Final two rehearsals - Nutcracker is tomorrow! 🎄Showed houses, approved contractors and did all my #realestate stuff I’m tired… but life is good. Some of my favorite spots to see lights around Acworth, GA. Lights of Joy in Kennesaw: one of the largest residential displays in Georgia! Park at the church across the street and walk through. Donation of $5 per person (children 12 and under are free) 1455 Ben King Road - Kennesaw Holiday Lights at Veteran’s Park in Canton: this is one of our favorite drive through displays. $20 per car and you can go through as many times as you want Holiday Lights of Hope in Woodstock: this is our favorite walk through display located at Hobgood Park in Woodstock. $10 per person (children 12 and under are free). Santa is also there every night so stop in and see him! Lights of LIFE in Marietta: lights, pony rides, train rides, petting zoo, concessions & more! $10 per car. Riley’s Rockiing Christmas Lights in Kennesaw: this is another awesome residential display that is free. Ever since Olivia was a baby - we have made it a tradition to visit the orchards for apple picking with my brother, sister in law and niece and nephew. One of my favorite things is to spoil the teachers at my kids school! And after summer break I realize how much they deserve it even more 😂 This year for Back to School the theme was “I Hope You Have a Bright Year” and these cute lightbulb containers really delivered. I made enough for the teachers & staff at both Olivia & Aiden’s School. These lightbulb containers were pretty awesome. Very durable, good quality and I have so many ideas on how I can use them for other projects.
