We all have the same 24 hours in a day, you clearly just don’t want it bad enough..

Something you’ve probably heard more than once from your not-so-friendly local gym bro..

I’ll admit, back when I was a 20 year old personal trainer that was in a gym setting for literally the entire day, I was guilty of having this thought a time or two..

Then I quit my job as a personal trainer.

I wasn’t in the gym for 12 hours a day 6 days a week anymore..

From there I became a business owner..

Got married..

Bought a house..

And now I have a whole ass tiny human to keep alive lol

Needless to say my priorities have shifted a TON.

Focusing on fitness got a lot harder..

& that whole “we all have the same 24hrs” argument is bs..

I know I’m not even close to being as busy as some of the women I work with..

You absolutely cannot tell a working mom who wakes up at 5am to get herself ready..

kids ready..

kids fed..

feeds herself..

takes them to school..

commutes to work..

works a full day..

commutes home..

cooks dinner..

cleans house..

helps with homework..

gets kids ready for bed..

and then still needs to tend to herself that

✨she just doesn’t want it bad enough✨

I’m here to remind you that you should never feel bad for simply not having the same amount of time to commit to the gym as someone who has no major responsibilities in life lol.

This is why I teach my ladies with a busy schedule, kids to tend to, pets to keep alive lol, and husbands to take care of, exactly what to do to maintain their role as supermom while melting inches off their waist. 🔥

Busy schedule friendly.

No hours in the gym or kitchen required, I promise.😬🫶🏼

I’m proud of the progress I’ve made in the past month and just being honest, it’s come a bit easier than I thought it would.

I’m eating really well & trying getting my steps in when I can. But it’s nothing intense as I’m still healing.

I do believe the reason my body is responding so well right now is because of the time I spent before pregnancy building such a solid foundation.

It’s shown me that all the time I spent showing up for myself laid the groundwork for where I’m at today.

While I’m proud of what’s been achieved so far..

I’m excited for more.

Not just “bouncing back”.

But striving to become the best version of myself I can possibly be..

because my son deserves that mom. 💁🏻‍♀️

He deserves a mom who feels strong, energized, and confident.

I’m excited to share this process with you.

I’ll show you what’s been working for me & what hasn’t. While balancing work & a newborn who’s breastfeeding.

But let me be clear..

I’m not sharing this to compare. I just want to be real about my own journey.

I’ve been working out for 10 years, and I stayed active through my whole pregnancy.

(Minus the last 4 weeks or so, those were brutal 😅)

Everyone’s fitness & pregnancy journey looks different, & that’s totally okay. This is just what mine has looked like.

No matter where you’re at, you deserve to feel proud of it.

Postpartum thoughts💭

Hard to believe it’s only been just over a month.

Time has flown, but that version of me sitting in the hospital bed nervously waiting to meet her baby?

She feels like forever ago.

I was warned…

“You’re going to feel lost.”

“Postpartum is hell.”

“Say goodbye to sleep, sanity, and your former self.”

And honestly? None of that has been my experience.

Pregnancy was draining the life out of me. Now I feel so good & like myself again. (Even better than my old self tbh)

I was terrified of the hormone crash. For the first two weeks, I was like constantly bracing myself for the absolute crash out I’d been told was inevitable.

But that never came..

And yes, I’m tired, but now I can finally weigh in on the debate - pregnancy tired IS worse than newborn tired lol.

I know a huge part of this has to do with the amazing support system I have surrounding me.. & I don’t take that for granted for a second.

To every single mom doing this without that level of help, you have my deepest respect.

But all of this to say..

if you’re pregnant now and anxious because of all the warnings, the horror stories, the endless “just waits”…

Please know that those don’t define what your experience will be..

Postpartum can be soft, blissful, healing, and deeply transformative.

been a while since I’ve done a pregnancy update.

We’re 31 weeks today🫶🏼

Last week I had a few consecutive good night sleeps & thought I was finally out of the woods with insomnia & hip pain.. I was wrong 🙃

But all in all, if that’s the only thing I can really “complain” about I’d say we’re doing pretty good. 💃🏻

Little babe is kicking like crazy. We have our 3am kickboxing sessions every single night😌

Every time I go into my OB office they ask me if I’m having braxton hicks. I say no but also tbh I’m not sure what they’re supposed to feel like ? So, idk if I’ve experienced them or not lol..

A few highlights this week are:

sunny weather - my plants are so happy🪴

good eats - trying to keep things fresh & high protein with the occasional (almost daily😅) treat.

my mom coming up & helping us get the nursery pretty much completed. Just a few things left to do🥹
Also don’t @ me for the stuffed animal in the crib I will move it before a baby sleeps there lol. 2025-03-25 00:14:04 .. 89 -75% 5 -52%

“Wow this dress from Shein was so cheap, I’m definitely expecting it to last forever” - said no one ever.

We know that when we go for the cheapest thing, it’s not going to be the type of quality that’ll last forever..

So why do we always look for the cheapest option when it comes to getting in shape?

I’ll be the first one to tell you, a quality coach isn’t cheap & a cheap coach won’t be quality. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But hiring a quality coach has the potential to be the LAST time you ever need to invest your hard earned 💰 again.

I’ll be real with you again and say I can’t recall ever having a client that wasn’t at least a *little* nervous about the initial investment for working with me.

But they haven’t regretted it because of what they get in return..

They shed inches off their waistline without giving up wine nights & brunch..

They can enjoy vacations without any anxiety about being in a bikini or worrying about losing progress..

They feel sexy enough to be intimate with their partner with the lights *on*

They’re not hiding their figure in oversized tshirts anymore..

They don’t have fight their friends on where to stand in the group pic because their body looks 🔥 from all angles..

All these results they keep forever..

Because they know exactly what they need to do to seamlessly & easily maintain the body they achieved.

So when you’re thinking of investing in a coach..

Ask yourself,

Do I just want something cheap?

Or do I want results that’ll last?

Let me share with you something most women don’t know when it comes to losing weight👇🏼

Working out too hard can slow down your results.

I know what you’re thinking - “Jenna wtf? I’m supposed to work hard in the gym though!”

Yes you are. And don’t get me wrong, I live for the days I walk out of the gym feeling like a baby deer after a good leg day.

BUT☝🏼

There’s a fine line between pushing yourself enough to get amazing results and doing workouts that are just hard for the sake of being hard.

No rhyme or reason - just balls to the wall, high heart rate, as many calories as you can burn workout that just leaves you dead. 💀

I see this all the time with “fitness influencer” workouts, bootcamp classes, hiit workouts..

I even fell for the mentality that was the “best” way to workout - peep my before pic lol.

But there’s a few reasons these workouts can create issues..

1. Too much volume.

Busting out 50 squats is impressive, but not exactly practical. How do you progress from that? Do 100 reps next week? 200 reps the week after?🤨

2. Too focused on just moving the weight - not the muscles you want to target.

Never taking the time to develop a mind muscle connection, it’s likely you won’t ever hit the intended muscle you’re trying to work.

3. Not taking adequate rest.

This goes for inside and outside the gym. Take more than 60 seconds rest time between sets and give yourself minimum 1 full rest day per week.

I’ve used my minimalist training system on myself & with my clients for a while now..

& I’ve yet to have a client who’s not a little shocked at their plan for being so easy compared to anything they’ve done before lol..

But the results continue to speak for themselves. 💁🏻‍♀️

If you want to be down 15lbs + before summer gets here, inbox me with the word INFO & I’ll give you the full rundown of my process. 🤍

A common hesitation that stops women from working with me is the investment “is a lot of money”..

& while it may initially seem like a lot or not something you could handle..

Let me break it down into a different perspective..

If you could take less than $5 a day and within 12 months have the body of your dreams..

Is that really a lot of money?

Let’s be real most of us are impulse buying off of Amazon more than this..

I had a client who almost didn’t sign up because she was super nervous of the initial investment..

But as our time together came to an end, she told me that she would go back & do it all again in a heartbeat.

& it’s not only the fact that she lost the 25lbs of baby weight that was her original goal..

It’s the fact that she feels sexy & confident in front of her husband again..

It’s her being able to wake up refreshed & have the energy to chase after the kids everyday..

It’s never having to cut out pizza night because she’s scared she’ll gain the weight back.. (bye forever keto diet lol)

It’s the comments she gets from her friends on how great she looks..

Yes, she could’ve let that voice in her head say “this is a lot of money, so I can’t do this”..

But what I’ve seen from this client & other clients, is that the ones who are the most successful, aren’t the ones who have tons of extra money lying around to spend..

But rather those who make decisions based on their future selves.. not their current situation.

It’s the ones who are willing to be resourceful to achieve the life they know they deserve.

If you make decisions based on “it’s a lot of money right now”.. it will always be a lot of money..

This will just further you to continue the path you’re stuck on now.

Change is never a comfortable feeling. It’s scary & uncertain.

But who do you want to be?

The superwoman who put in the work & has the body to show for it?

Or stuck in the same place (or worse) this time next year?

Only a few spots left open for my Untapped Program. No dieting, busy schedule friendly🩷 Dm me the word “info” & I’ll send over the pdf with the details.

Wanna be 10 steps ahead of everyone else come summertime?🤭

Every day that passes is another day closer to warmer weather, pool parties, crop tops, sun dresses, & beach trips..

And if reading that sent a shiver of anxiousness down your spine… keep reading..

Being a coach for almost 7 years now..

the biggest mistake I see women consistently make is putting off starting on a reasonable timeline..

Then you’ll jump into panic mode & hop on a “quick fix” to lose 20lbs the week before your vacation🥴

This will always leave you rebounding.

& you’ll put on even MORE weight than you initially had.

Trust me, waiting until June to get “beach body ready” for your 4th of July vacation is the least productive thing you can do for yourself.

But if you start now, you’ll have plenty of time to..

Shed fat in a sustainable way (ie get it off & keep it off!)

Have time to build up your muscle & tone. (Which means your booty will be poppin in your bikini🍑)

Still eat the foods you enjoy plus enough calories to feel sustained & energized. (No crash dieting)

So, fast forward to this summer.

Where do you want to be?

Stuck where you are now..

Or 10 steps ahead everyone else?

My process has helped over 200 women lose weight and keep it off for good.

Wanna see if it would be a good fit? Say “info” & I’ll send over the pdf with all the details 👇🏼

foods I’ve been really digging recently >>>>

24 weeks + 5 days with little baby today🐣

My goal is to make sure I’m prioritizing protein & as much fresh whole foods as possible while leaving room for the occasional weird pregnancy craving throughout the week lol.

Here’s what everything is👇🏼

- sourdough, eggs, & turkey bacon

- chicken caesar salad wrap

- homemade pizza w/ high protein dough (only 3 ingredients🤗)

- omelette & oatmeal w/ berries

- big salads with shrimp, sweet potatoes, & goat cheese

- sesame chicken, wonton soup, & a jelly donut (def a weird craving I don’t even like jelly donuts like that lol)

- hummus & veggies (obsessed with this rn)

- Cinnamon Toast Crunch (why is cereal 100x better when you’re pregnant lol)

- homemade brownies made from sweet potato 🍠

- sourdough with avocado & cottage cheese

& this didn’t make the cut for the pictures but I have been OBSESSED with citrus lately. Oranges, cuties, juices.. I can’t get enough. 😅

I don’t care what any success mentor will tell you..

You will never feel 100% confident about making a decision that can change your life.

You’re actually going to feel really fcking scared.😬

My first time seriously investing into myself was mid 2020.

I had started my business but was spinning my wheels on how to grow..

I wasn’t making much money and didn’t have a stable income.

I watched endless YouTube videos, followed multiple entrepreneurs on Instagram, read a few books…

But I didn’t have anyone to sit down with me and say “here’s the plan of action, this is how it’s going to work.”

I found a business coach who was everything I wanted to be.
I wanted to work with them so badly, I knew they could help me achieve what I wanted to do.

During that first call, the coach I was speaking to dropped the price of the program..

The price left me just $500 shy of maxing out my 10k credit card limit..

I’ve never in my life had spent that much on anything all at once.

Scared and shaking… I read off my card number to him.

I didn’t even tell Jamie until after I had paid because I didn’t want him to talk me out of it lol.

I spent the entire next week on the verge of crying & throwing up..

So unsure of if I just made the best decision for myself or the absolute worst..

I remember barely being able to get the words out when I called my mom to tell her what I had done.

I’ll spare the details in all the ways my life changed after that decision..

But that investment turned out to be the best purchase I ever made.

I say all of this to say, making a good investment for yourself may not always feel GOOD at the moment.

You’ll probably end up feeling really shitty right after lol.

You have to find the courage to take the risk..

Believe in yourself AND the person you’re investing in.

Trust me when you show up & do the work, the risk will always be worth the reward. ❤️ 2025-01-28 22:50:38 .. 53 -85% 2 -81%
Since launching my minimalist training method, my clients success rate has gone through the roof.

I know some women are hesitant about my coaching being online..

And sure, there are some valid reasons to think you need a in person trainer..

You may think it will keep you more accountable..

You might be scared to be in the gym alone, so having a someone there will make you more comfortable..

Or you just don’t fully believe you could achieve results from something online..

Here’s the truth though, (as someone who has worked as a personal trainer in a gym for 3 years before becoming an online coach)

My current client success rate is 94%

This is higher than it EVER was working in a gym..

Here’s why i believe my current process works so well..

1. The accountability is actually higher.

Rather than seeing a client once or twice a week in the gym - I oversee them daily online to make sure they’re getting workouts & tasks done, on top of our weekly check in calls.

2. I don’t force my clients into the gym.

I work with women who have never once stepped into a gym - I know how intimidating it can be.

I have tactics that gradually build confidence overtime. A client of mine started with me working out only at home 2x a week and was working out comfortably in a gym 4x a week by the end of her program.

3. A personal trainer only helps with a small piece of the pie - exercise.

Results don’t come from the hour you spend in the gym, rather the other 23 hours of your day. With my clients now, we focus on nutrition, daily habits, hormones, sleep, etc.

Ultimately, my goal coaching is to get you thriving in your dream body, making each step as seamless as possible (ie you’ll get maximum results with minimal effort)

Plus you’ll leave knowing everything you need to do to maintain those results..

You never have to worry about hiring another trainer again..

I do things differently. No diets, no hours on end at the gym..
