![A domino effect I’d have never imagined 😅
I’m sure many of you weren’t here for my “Hire Me Campaign”, which kickstarted all of this. So here’s a quick recap!
During the pandemic, I was made redundant, after sending out a few CV’s (to no response) and in my desperate panic to stand out I decided to create “I lost my job” and posted it across social media.
The goal was, maybe a marketing manager will see it and take pity on me, offering me a job.
Instead the video went viral on LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram. I had 40 interviews the following week, followed by 12 job offers. But beyond that, I had an audience that began to grow online.
So I got to work, I continued with employment for just over a year, but spent all my free time building my social media presence.
Fast forward to today and that time feels like a whole life time ago, not 4 years 🤯
I don’t think I’ll ever fully understand how it all happened, but I’ll forever be extremely grateful it did 🧡]()

![The kitchen was letting me down… no more!
Been itching to do something with this kitchen for a few years now. It just felt like such a MEH.
Then I found these wall stickers from made_of_sundays and knew it was time to inject some fun into it!
My favourite thing about having my own space, is deciding how to decorate it. There’s such a big push to have minimal homes, or follow a aesthetic, which I did try once 👀 but it just felt so lifeless to me!
Injecting colour and fun into my home brings me so much joy! Looking around and seeing it constantly, it’s a great mood boost. So I hope you enjoy my latest addition as much as I do 🧡

Honestly it exceeded all my expectations and was just so much fun.
