Grateful for finally seeing running as a gift, not punishment 💗 For years, I saw exercise as something I had to do, a way to shrink myself when I was unhappy 🙃 Running especially was never fun I felt I ran too slow, I was out of breath, and always comparing myself to everyone else who made it look easy But I decided to drop the ego and realised I could run as slow as I wanted, actually breathe, and enjoy it That’s when everything changed ✨ I trained for a half marathon, loved every second of it, and now I’m that girl waking up at 6:30am to go for a run on holiday 😆 I’m becoming the version of me that younger me dreamed of, and I couldn’t be prouder 🥹 mileoffrunning vest keeping me hydrated 💦 #running #mindset #runningisagift #runningirl #runner #bali #runninginbali #balirun 2025-10-05 12:00:00 .. 27 -77% 2 -82%

Controversial opinion…. Why do we stop doing the things we once love?
