![My highly requested one pot ramen recipe… don’t forget the chili oil
For the broth:
2 tbs gochujang
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp avocado oil
3 tbs soy sauce (add more if saltiness needed)
2 tsp miso paste
5 cups of bone broth (1.5 bottles)
1/4 cup of coconut milk (add slowly and taste - if you feel like it’s too coconuty for you, add more Gochujang & broth)
2 cloves garlic
Directions: add minced garlic and sauté till fragrant. Stir in gochujang, peanut butter, and soy sauce. Whisk while pouring in bone broth. Bring to boil and add miso slurry & coconut milk. Miso slurry made by mixing in a little hot water to the paste
Steak: Salt and pepper both sides. Cook with butter in a cast iron skillet for 3.5 minutes per side
Cook eggs for 8 minutes, throw in noodles half way through. Ice bath the eggs and throw in bok choy while you peel the eggs. Then assemble. Top with green onions and chili crisps! ***The chili crisps are a MUST]()
