Congratulations to my Clients on their New Home!!! 🥂✨ They reached out to me in April with a desire to be first time homeowners before their lease was up and IT IS SO!!! 🙌🏾 We were able to take advantage of New Construction promotional rates, 100% financing program, and over $21k in incentives from the Builder & Lender. This did not come with an easy process while working with the preferred lender of the builder, but I’m so thankful I was there to advocate for my Client and speak on their behalf when things were mishandled. Born & raised in the Peach state, so Georgia is more than where I’m from—it’s what I know. 🍑 A little about me: I was born at Northside Hospital, lived in Doraville before moving to Stone Mountain. Moved to Savannah for a short time then eventually back to the Atlanta Metro where we moved to the Eastside of Atlanta… I’m an Eastside Girlie through & through. 💕 Golden Glide was our home skating rink, until I was old enough to go to Cascade with my Sister. My family are big skaters… it’s giving ATL! 😂 I attended middle & some of high school in Conyers & Lithonia. I graduated from Druid Hills High School where I ran track & played softball. One of my first jobs was in Atlantic Station, s/o to my Coldstone Creamery family! 🫶🏾Iykyk that was the best Era of A.S.!
