One of the finest vegetarian dining experiences I’ve had in recent times. Every bite screamed comfort, culture, and deliciousness!🤌🏻💖 During my recent visit to Bengaluru, I had the chance to dine at Atithya Hotel, a restaurant that was started in 1986 and has recently been revamped. And let me tell you, this was so much more than just a meal. It was an experience. We were served dishes like - Ape midi rasam, Swarna Chaaru, Kovil Kadamba Sadam, Menthiya Thambuli, Melaga Puli Rasam, Idiyappam with Kaikari Kuruma, Annavaram Prasadam, and Chakka Pradhaman, to name just a few. Every dish was intentional, comforting, and deeply nostalgic. It reminded me of home, of temple offerings, of celebrations and everything in between.
