Me being me #2024 edition This year has been special in so many ways. I was able to travel to Nashville, Florida, Vegas, Marin + Pacifica ,LA, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree and Montauk this year. (The list is for me to remember lol) I saw Chris Brown, Dan + Shay in concert. I took a solo trip with my sister and paid almost all my debt off. I’ll never forget that first year I got sober back in 2019. It was also the year I became a yoga teacher (peep how nervous I was introducing myself 🫣) and truly started my wellness journey. Wow, 2 years sober. Reflecting on the past two years—relationships, jobs, and life before sobriety and during relapse—I’m filled with gratitude. Today I launched my first class with lululemon at the Brookfield location. Thank you to everyone that showed up! My friends and everyone else that took a chance on a teacher they didn’t know. It meant so much to me ♥️ With Valentine’s Day on the horizon I wanted to teach a class that embodied self compassion and grace.
