Covered my first film premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival 🎬 ⠀ Sadly, I didn’t run into Robert De Niro… but I did meet Julia Fox juliafox , who’s been inspiring me for a long time, along with so many other fascinating people. ⠀ It wasn’t the most technically challenging shoot, but it definitely came with a sense of responsibility. At events like this, there are plenty of photographers, yet your job is to make sure every single guest is captured, whether they’re distracted, busy, or there’s barely any space to move. You just have to get the shot, and it better be a good one! ⠀ That’s something you learn fast when shooting weddings and events: no matter the conditions, you deliver great results. ⠀ Some guests treat the red carpet like a high-fashion runway, others are simply there to have fun and I honestly love capturing both. I love pushing my limits, and it looks like I found mine on a 100-mile ride 🚴‍♀️ ⠀ Five months ago, my husband and I bought commuter bikes just to get some fresh air and ride once or twice a month during the summer. But we loved it so much that we decided to switch to road bikes. ⠀ We’ve already explored all the bike paths in the city and found a new perfect route outside town. I’ve decided to share more wedding photography on this page since it’s now my main focus. When I bought my first MacBook in 2015 for $1,000, I thought it was an incredibly expensive purchase. At the time, I wasn’t into photography yet, and I didn’t really need it, but I just wanted to have one. Now, after 9 years of using a MacBook, I can confidently say it was the best decision. During my 5 years in university, I went through two Windows laptops, but my old MacBook—well, I only replaced it two years ago with my husband’s MacBook, and that was just to get a larger screen. The little guy still works and runs Photoshop and Lightroom even after almost 10 years! iPhone 16th photographer’s opinion 📸 ⠀ My first iPhone was the 5th, then 8th. ⠀ Back then, every new Iphone was considered a huge expense and something unique. I was always eagerly waiting to see what the next model would bring. ⠀ After the 11, I started upgrading every one-two years, and now the latest upgrade from the 14 to the 16 came with no expectations at all. It’s just a new phone, so it works faster and holds a charge longer since the battery wears out over time—but I’m sure you already know that 🤓 ⠀ Who asked about my impressions? I feel like nothing has really changed in functionality. The photo gallery feels unfamiliar, and there’s a new button. That’s all. ⠀ As a photographer I will say there aren’t any significant improvements to the cameras, except for the wide-angle lens. I’m still hoping they’ll improve the front camera and add a wide-angle feature there. I think that would be the most useful update in today’s world of Instagram, stories, and everything else, where we mainly use the front camera. ⠀ For now, we’re just hoping it works a bit faster and doesn’t overheat.
