• IT’S BEEN A MINI MOMENT• 🙋🏼‍♀️🗓🧘🏼‍♀️ I made a decision a month ago to press pause on my social media. ⏸ After being away for some time in the summer and gaining a sense of freedom and focus, I found myself returning home to a very familiar feeling and routine that I wasn’t sure was supporting my ambitions and dreams anymore. 🤔 I knew in order to come out of this comfort I had known for so long and to gain clarity in the direction I wanted to head towards, I needed to put a path in place and direct my energy and attention towards this and this soley. 🧘🏼‍♀️ These past few weeks have been a game changer for me. Don’t get me wrong, i am not saying I have every element of my life in a place right now that i strive for, far from it. But, a clear vision and planned out process to guild me towards them allows me to feel lifted and optimistic.🤗 Without being a permanent pause. ⏸ It’s all about balance and creating boundaries so we can enjoy our life to the fullest. 🙏🏼

To be able to fall asleep soundly without fear and want to wake up to their existing world the next morning.
