6 must-do things in Grand Teton National Park from our 2 days there ⛰️ (definitely not everything you should do here, but these were my favorites!) 🌅 Sunrise at Schwabacher Landing – the mountains turn pink + reflect in the water. Truly one of the most beautiful sights I’ve ever seen! 🚤 Jenny Lake – take the shuttle boat or hike around the lake. She’s an icon and the views are insane. 🥾 Cascade Canyon Trail – amazing for spotting wildlife (we saw a couple of moose and some pika). Along the way you’ll also hit Hidden Falls + Inspiration Point. 🚗 Drive the park – so many epic pull-offs. A few favorites: Church of the Transfiguration, Oxbow Bend, and Signal Mountain. 🌲 Phelps Lake Trail – loved this hike, and jumping in the lake after was the most refreshing reward. 📸 Sunset at Mormon Row – the historic barns with the Tetons behind them is such an iconic photo spot. Finally made it to driftlighttampa at jwmarriotttampa after having it on my list forever, and wow, it’s officially one of my new faves! Every single thing we had was amazing, starting with my Farmer’s Margarita and ending with their Dubai S’mores (housemade marshmallows + tableside magic ✨). First hike of our Grand Teton trip ✅ We took the Jenny Lake shuttle boat ($24 RT for adults) to save some time + energy, and it was so worth it. Here’s what you need to know: 🚤 Shuttle boat → Hidden Falls + Inspiration Point = 1.8 miles RT 🥾 Hiking Jenny Lake Loop instead = 5.7 miles RT 🌲 Continue into Cascade Canyon for wildlife spotting (we saw moose, chipmunks, + pika!) 📏 Cascade Canyon total: 9.4 miles RT with shuttle, 13.3 without (this distance includes the miles you’ll have already done to reach Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point) Cascade Canyon doesn’t really have a single “end viewpoint” — it’s more about enjoying the canyon itself as you go so you can turn around at any point without feeling like you missed out! We made it a little over halfway through before looping back, and the views were incredible the entire way. People + Places I loved in Jackson, Wyoming 🤠✨ 🍝 gloriettajackson & milliondollarcowboysteakhouse were my fave dinner spots—make reservations if you can! ☕️ snakeriverroastingco was superior for coffee. This modern Mexican spot in downtown Tampa is amazing—like even the chips and salsa were exceptional 👌🏼 We started with the guava mezcalita and mercado margarita (yes, it comes with hibiscus rosemary foam 💅), then went for the shrimp ceviche, enchiladas divorciadas, and my forever favorite: their lobster quesadilla. Don’t skip dessert—the tres leches and churros are both amazing.
