Not sure if this is my official “comeback” post, but here I am—sitting on my sofa with a coffee, trying to find the words. Let’s see how this goes…

The past 6 months have been a bit of a blur. Somehow, I lost my rhythm—no workouts, no meal prepping, no real discipline. To be honest, I burned out.

In the last 2-3 months, I barely managed 5-10 light workouts. I’ve lost 10kg, my shape, and all my momentum. My meals went from structured to chaos—1-2 meals a day, plus way too much junk food. I don’t even know what happened, but I lost touch with myself.

Now, I know everyone’s saying, “New year, new me,” but for me, this is serious. I know my character, my dedication, and my commitment. I will come back stronger, more focused, and hungrier than ever before.

On top of getting back to training and rebuilding myself, I’m working on something that truly excites me—and I’ll share it soon. I know it’s going to help so many of you, and I can’t wait to reveal it.

This year feels different. One of my big goals is to finally start my YouTube channel, share my story, and document this journey. Who knows? Maybe it’ll inspire someone out there who’s feeling the same way I did.

As a coach and athlete who competed a few times in the past, I didn’t always focus on some of the most important aspects of this sport and industry.

I felt strong and confident in my weightlifting and physique-building journey. That confidence often consumed my mind, making everything else seem less important.

Early on, it’s easy to overlook recovery, but experience shows that rest is essential. Recovery practices—like rest days, stretching, sleep, and proper nutrition—allow muscles to repair, grow, and prevent injuries. This lesson teaches that balancing hard work with adequate rest is crucial for sustainable strength and longevity.

2️⃣Cardio and Recovery Keep You Stronger for Longer:

Weightlifting alone builds strength, but adding cardiovascular training and prioritizing recovery brings balanced health. Cardio strengthens your heart, boosts stamina, and improves circulation, helping muscles recover faster. Recovery practices like stretching, mobility work, and rest days help prevent injury and keep your body functional, flexible, and ready for the next session. Together, they create a foundation for long-term performance, helping you lift with full strength and well-rounded health for years to come.

3️⃣Mental Strength Builds Alongside Physical Strength:

Weightlifting isn’t just physical; it’s a mental challenge, too. You face plateaus, setbacks, and sometimes even injuries. In the past few months I lost some muscles and motivation to be very disciplined with my food and workout, but in the same time that leads me to change my goals and be more confident how I look now and more important how i feel.

How Aleksandra managed to lose 9kg (19lbs) of body fat in less than 3 months 👇🏼

When I chat with Aleksandra for literally first time, she told me that she have many health problems like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart issues. 

She’s coming from village where I was born and where I spend my childhood, and I know that there’s no gym, any sport classes, and especially people are not well educated how to eat on right way.

Her diet was very bad, and medication that she’s taking made her overweight and desperate.

Fast forward we started only with diet changes. We added Whole Foods, healthy fats, protein, good carbs and veggies. 

After sometime we added only walking and cycling depends on her possibilities.

Now almost 3 months forward we adding some exercises to burn those calories because i don’t want to keep her on low calorie diet, so activities are solution to keep your food higher while losing body fat.

GIVE YOURSELF BREAK‼️

Every person have ups and downs, but I’ll not call it like that, for me this is more BACK IN BALANCED LIFESTYLE. 

When you’re pushing yourself hard every day it’s normal to burn out after a few months/ years, take a break and then push yourself even harder!

First short video showing what consistency, discipline, hard work and PED’s can do to your body in 3 months ( not for beginners) and second short video showing how fast you can lose all that in short period of time when you lose discipline, consistency and all those factors that is necessary to succeed.

To be honest I’m completely relaxed now, having balanced lifestyle in terms of training, nutrition , and also focusing on other training programs not only bodybuilding.

I’ll give myself 1-2 months more of completely relaxed lifestyle and then comeback even stronger but with different goals.
