Have a look at this.... There is a shade for everyone of every colour! My lovely client here, Claire, could see a huge difference in the shades of yellow on her. The pale yellow summer shade made her lose all colour in her face and look like she was ill, the golden yellow however warmed her skin up immediately and made her have a healthy glow. I know its a big statement, but I now have the best skin I've ever had at the grand old age of 44! I've always suffered with spots and dry skin patches but that has all disappeared. What I use: VITAMIN C- This is a product I will take to my grave! Its the one product I have seen make the most difference. I saw a cancer skin specialist the other day and she said Vitamin C is a non negotiable as it is antioxidant and helps prevent damage to skin cells. I use officialmedik8 as it is 20% Vitamin C which is the highest you can go. HYDRATING MIST- I use a mist over and under makeup.as it really hydrates your skin. I use emmahardieskincare as it has an anti pollution formula, which I think is important when living in a city. SUNSCREEN- Non negotiable every single day, even in winter and always factor 50. UV light is what ages you and causes skin cancer and that is present every time there is daylight. I use trinnylondon See the Light, as it is a sunscreen and moisturiser in one and saves time in the morning. RETINOL I have used retinol, in the evening, for about a year now but recently started using Retinal (its more potent) by using muradskincareuk retinal overnight cream. My skin feels hydrated when I go to bed and it works it's magic while I sleep. Remember everyone's skin is different but this is what I have seen a big difference with. Start low with retinol and build up slowly. Some of these products have been previous PR items and I have worked with some of the brands before but I have re bought a lot of these items and will continue to do so. Time to get those shorts back out, I've heard its going to be 25 degrees on Sunday!!! 🌞 I never used to wear shorts, used to hide in maxi skirts....have always been embarrassed of my legs, especially my cankles. Today marks two years since my lovely Dad took his own life. The most intelligent person I knew with general knowledge, antiques and wildlife!! Miss chatting to him, miss his emails, miss him moaning about the state of the world! He had such an interesting life where he was born in India and lived on a tea plantation until he was 3. He was a police officer in Zimbabwe for years and then ran a superstore in Cape Town before moving to Devon and meeting my Mum. Suicide is so hard, there's a huge hole left behind for everyone else to deal with, with lots of unanswered questions. It touches so many people. I have always spoken about it on here, as if one person reads this and it helps them to know they are not alone, then I am glad. My DM's are always open for a chat.
