Let’s get one thing straight:
The scale does not tell the whole story.

Right now, your body is adjusting to the changes you’re making 👉🏻 more water, more consistent meals, nutrient-rich foods, better sleep. It’s doing a lot behind the scenes.

That number on the scale? It only shows your relationship with gravity.
It doesn’t measure fat loss vs. water retention.

📺 Funny how life turns out.

I had the chance to share our program on chch_morninglive which is always fun, because you know it’s my favorite subject 😜

I use to work in television. breakfasttelevision for 5 years back in the day when Ann Rohmer was the host. 

Then I hosted a sports show, and was the sportscaster for 6pm news if you can believe it. 

And finally my own lifestyle show that I hosted and produced for 10 years. I thought TV was going to be my career.

The thing is, I was also working in gyms, personal training and helping people lose weight during that time…and although I had a passion for it, I looked at it like my side job that I did for fun.

It wasn’t until many years later that I realized it was my passion in life, and helping people reach their health & weight loss goals was the true dream job. 

It has me thinking with the start of our Fall session: sometimes the real transformation happens when you shift your perspective and lean into what truly lights you up.

If you were to ask me how I went from being behind in my rent and having my car repossessed, to where I am now…my answer would be, I don’t know.
