Have you ever felt that uncomfortable bloated belly, even when you’re eating healthy? 🤔
That happens because some habits (and even some foods) can increase intestinal fermentation, causing gas and discomfort.

Here are practices that can transform your digestion 👇

1️⃣ Don’t drink ice-cold water on an empty stomach
Prefer warm or room temperature water. Your digestive system is “warm” and cold water can interfere with this process.

2️⃣ Eat cooked fruits
Instead of raw, go for cooked fruits to reduce fermentation.

3️⃣ Swap raw salad for sautéed veggies
Cooked in olive oil or steamed, they’re lighter and easier to digest.
