2024 was a new beginning for me after closing down my dream shop. Making macarons with families in this cute cafe aprilcafeparis_ really helped me to move on. So fun to practice the art of macaron every day but so exhausting to work 7/7 and deal with the same stressful issues I had when running my shop. All for 1€ at marché d’Aligre ! I am currently working in the best environment for a foodie like me. People working at the market form a big family, all struggling with the cold, the clients and the pigeons. When it gets close to closing time, the guys will start yelling fruit prices which makes a really fun soundtrack.
