Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice . 
Pince of Rocksalt 
And add ash gourd juice . 

This is an excellent detox which can be taken empty stomach. Very helpful in weight-loss.

E-meet Sudip, an aspiring young student from Dinhata(West Bengal). 
Over the last few years my weight and body fat have increased dramatically. My height is 5 feet 6 inches, but my weight increased to around 72 kg. I could not control the weight even if I ate less food. I tried many ways from YouTube, tried many times, did many diet charts, did many physical exercises, even joined a gym and did gym for several months, but the result was zero. I got to a point where I was too embarrassed to take a photo of myself or post it on any social site. I felt in great shape. Even after sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night, I woke up feeling tired in the morning. I was almost always depressed about it, yawning a little. Didn't want to do any work. Laziness always worked in me. I could not do any work with enthusiasm.
But suddenly one day I met my coach Antara Didi and Tina Chhetri Didi on the social site. Hearing all these coaches' plans and proper scientific methods felt very real to me. And I immediately joined their Healthy Weightloss Journey without delay. Within two months of starting this journey, my weight came down to 64 kg, and after three months it is now at 62 kg. Not only did they emphasize weight loss, but they also enriched me with a lot of information about good health. Through this I learned about proper eating habits in our daily life, the need of micro and macro nutrients and the importance of physical exercise. Once my jeans size was 34, now it's down to 30, clothes now fit L instead of XL. The most important thing is that now you don't have to hold your breath and hide your acne. Self-confidence has increased manifold, along with it, the connection and love for work has increased.
In fact, this journey also taught me that if there is a need for change in oneself, the goal becomes insurmountable if one has the right and experienced person to guide it along with one's own willpower. I will be truly grateful to my coaches throughout my life.
