One Capsicum 
Half Carrot
1/4th Cabbage
1/4th Cauliflower 
20-30 gms of Paneer Cubes
One bowl Oats
Vegetable Stock or Water
Salt
Pepper
2-3 Garlic cloves

Method:- 
Put Oil in a Pan, 
Add garlic corn peas and oats saute it for 2 minutes.

Add veggies and saute them for for few minutes. Add water or stock water, Rice water, paneer , salt and pepper.

Boil it for another 2 minutes and sprinkle Coriander.

Serve hot.

Couscous Paneer Nuggets 
Ingredients:
One boel Couscous or Daliya
2 Seeet potatoes or Normal Potatoes 
20 gms Paneer
Salt
Red chilli
Oregano
Chilli Flakes

Boil daliya and sweet potatoes. Add that to the Bowl mix paneer and spices mentioned above.

Make it a roll with little oil and cut the oieces in a Nuggests shape.

Roast it on a Pan.

Moringa And Methi Paratha
Ingredients:
1-2 Drumstick soup
100 gms Methi leaves
1/2 cup Besan
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Ragi flour
Salt
Red pepper
Turmeric 
Coriander powder
One tbsp Oil
Water

Boil Drumstick for 2 minutes. Take out a Pulp.

Add pulp methi leaves soices and all the flours. Add oil water and spices. 

Make a dough, stuff the Paneer inside. Roast it on Pan.

Ingredients: 
One boiled Beetroot
1 medium size sweet Potato
20-25 gms of Paneer
One Chopped Onion
Ginger Garlic
Green chilli
Besan(one bowl)

Ajwain

For Chutney:
Coriander
1 Onion
Coconut
One tbsp Curd
Tamarind
Black Salt
2 Garlic Cloves

Method:
Blend Sweet potato onion paneer beetroot ginger garlic paste in a blender jar. Add this to the Bowl, mix Besan rice flour and spices mentioned above.

Refrigerate for atleast 5-10 minutes and make kebabs.

Roast it on a Pan from both the sides.

8-10 Spinach Leaves
1/4th bowl Suji
1/4th Besan

Ajwqin
One tbsp curd
One piece Ginger

Add Makhana spinach leaves suji ginger and green chilli with some water into a Blender jar.
