I want to dedicate this post to the incredible people who made me feel so loved.
Claire — we only recently met, but your friendship has already become one of the most special gifts in my life. You randomly came across my cat feeding station project and messaged me on Instagram saying, “Where are you? I’m coming to join you right now.” And from that moment, something clicked.

On my birthday, you called me and said, “What are you doing today?”
I said, “Just visiting my family.”
You said, “Nope. That’s not all you’re doing. I’m coming over.”
You literally showed up while I was cleaning, told me to stop, took the dishes from my hand and said, “Go get ready, we’re going out.”

That’s what real friends do.
They remind you to live a little.
To celebrate.
To breathe.
To step out of the daily routine and feel life again.

And then my best friend, Venera, said, “We booked a table. Get dressed.”
And just like that, I had the most beautiful evening, with the people I love. No big plans. Just presence. Laughter. Real connection.

I didn’t plan to celebrate this year. But because of you guys, it turned into one of the best birthdays of my life. Thank you for pulling me out of my comfort zone and back into the joy of the moment. I love you.

41 never felt so good! 
I’m more confident, more relaxed, and genuinely the happiest I’ve ever been. I just don’t have the energy for the bs anymore — keeping my circle small, my boundaries strong, and pouring all my love into the things and people that actually matter.

This year’s birthday hit different. It’s one of the best I’ve had in a long, long time… and the reason is simple — for the first time in 15 years, I get to celebrate with my parents right here in Dubai. Having them close again feels like such a blessing, and I’m soaking in every second. My family is everything to me — they’re not just family, they’re my best friends.

And then — completely unexpected — one of my closest friends (who I never even told my birth date to!) sent the most beautiful cake, flowers, and a sweet note to my parents’ home. I was honestly shocked. It meant so much. People like that… rare.

Truth is, I don’t have a ton of friends. I know a lot of people, but I’m a big loner at heart. I really enjoy my own space, my own energy. And the few people I keep close — I love deeply and hold onto tightly. You guys know who you are — thank you for making me feel so loved.

And to everyone who took a moment to send me birthday wishes, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Even those I’ve never met but have connected with here online — you’re seen, you’re appreciated. It’s wild how we can build real friendships through screens, support each other, and connect through shared experiences. That’s also something I don’t take lightly.

2025 is my year of growth. A year of learning, thriving, and transforming through every challenge and every obstacle. As I reflect on my journey so far, I realize that every moment—whether it brought me joy or tested my strength—was a blessing in disguise. Each experience was a necessary step in shaping the person I am becoming, guiding me closer to my goals and my best life.

Every hardship I’ve faced, every doubt I’ve battled, has only made me stronger and wiser. I carry these lessons with me—not as weights, but as tools to build the future I envision. I refuse to let anything that hurt me or slowed me down dim my light or stop me from moving forward. If anything, I feel more inspired, more at peace, and more motivated than ever to work towards my dreams.

Time is precious. It moves so quickly, and the people we surround ourselves with play such a big role in our emotions, our energy, and our ability to reach our goals. This year, I’m focusing on being intentional with my time and my circle, always asking myself: Does this align with the person I want to become? Will this help me move closer to my dreams?

I believe with my whole heart that everything we go through—no matter how hard it seems in the moment—is part of our journey. Sometimes it feels like everything is falling apart, but I promise you, brighter days always come. Those tough moments are shaping us, preparing us for the life we’re meant to live.

Today, I created my 2025 vision board. It’s a visual representation of everything I’m working towards and everything I want to manifest this year. It’s not perfect; it’s a work in progress—just like me. But that’s the beauty of it. I’ll keep adding to it, improving it, and letting it evolve as I do.

“Back to basics 💪 One of my go-to routines for building upper body and core strength is simple yet so effective. It’s a great way to warm up and strengthen your foundation before any workout. Here’s what I do:

✅ Pull-Ups: Focus on controlled movement to activate your back and biceps. Use an assisted pull-up machine or resistance bands if needed.
✅ Dips: Perfect for your triceps and chest. You can use an assisted dip machine to build strength as you progress.
✅ Lower Back Extensions: Strengthen your lower back and core—essential for a strong and stable body.
✅ Sit-Ups on the Hyperextension Machine: A great way to target your abs with added resistance and full range of motion.

I used to do this routine daily, and it made me the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been. I’m slowly getting back into it now, starting with manageable sets and rebuilding my strength.

Want a killer front shoulder massage exercise then give this one a try ! Live this exercise because it really helps pull those shoulders back for better posture . 

Hold the bar slightly wider than shoulder width with a inner grip palms facing upwards for 7-10 reps then flip your wrist so your palms are now facing downwards making sure your wrist is always aligned with your arms so the pressure is t on the wrist instead on the muscle 👍🏽 for another 7-10 reps 
 
If you have been exercising more than a month you can do 3 sets if not then 1 to 2 sets

Chest & Back workout 

After my warm up 
- Flat bench press 3x15 & supersetted it with Machine assisted Pull-ups
- Then incline bench chest press with dumbbells 3x15 superset it bent over dumbbell back row 
- chest fly machine 3x15 
- Single arm dumbbell back row 
- bent over dumbbell reverse fly 
- last exercise you definitely have to try don’t even know what it’s called 😆 but it’s a killer 

I haven’t trainer super heavy for upper body in a while since I’ve gained so much muscle over the years of heavy lifting which is why I’m sticking to lighter weight and higher reps just want to maintain the muscle without putting on muscle gain . 

I know I haven’t uploaded anything lately but now excited to share a lot of different routines in case you want some ideas also sharing a lot of the new workouts on my application I will be finally launching soon . Any questions always leave a comment below you know I gotcha always 🤜🏽🤛🏽

I know my page should be all about fitness but this is a huge part of my life and anything I profit with my work goes toward helping animals in need as well as people of course but here in the UAE we have a crisis with cat breeding and cat dumping on a daily basis and not enough people rescuing . 

So my friend and I decided to try and create a safe haven for our rescues until we rehome them to loving people . This way we can take our time to help cats regain their strength , trust in humans and to find the right loving people 🙏🏽 

I know I haven’t been posting anything on my social media for a while now I just feel like most things are useless to post. Seeing what everyone is going through all around the world people, children and animals suffering . 
I feel like People day by day are becoming more heartless 💔 

im so sad all I think about is how can I do more and be more useful in this world we are living in .

- To keep it simple low glycemic/index foods, fiber will flush out your system and slow down the absorption of carbs , main focus on your plate should be protein (focus on high thermic effect foods) water in between meals not with meal . I didn’t explain those things in this video but I will in the next with many other tips just can’t share so much cuz then you won’t watch 😂
- Breakfast high protein with healthy fats and moderate carbs to avoid getting a slight afternoon crash 
- If you can’t sleep at night eat your second carb meal in afternoon and dinner and stick to proteins and moderate fats in the morning 
- If you want carbs in the morning a great combo I love is two boiled eggs with a medium cup of boiled chickpeas cumin garlic and lemon 
- Afternoon leans protein with basmati rice or , quinoa , or beans for example 
- Dinner I usually eat tenderloin with potatoes mushrooms onlines garlic and sauce or salmon with a veggies like eggplants cauliflower and broccoli 
- Fruits before a workout is great or rice cakes and with slice turkey because it’s easy on the go but u know turkey isn’t the healthiest option but it’s easy because it’s processed and contains ingredients like dextrose possibly msg etc but it’s an easy option or with tuna and mustard which I love 
- My go to snacks & meals  are pickles , brown rice cakes and tuna , cooked plantains with some organic peanut butter and overnight oats with chia seeds, fruits and any kind of fruits Whole Foods is always the main focus no matter what.
