Fat loss is not just physique. Reducing body fat has immense impact on life quality. 

My mentee lost 12kg weight primarily from his stomach area. This fat is called visceral fat and much more dangerous than anyone gives credit for. 

Visceral fat,  the fat stored deep inside your abdomen around organs like your liver, pancreas, and intestines can negatively affect your blood markers and vital organ efficiency. 

High visceral fat is a root cause of

1. Pro-inflammatory cytokines that keep your entire body in a inflammatory state

2. It increases insulin resistance, making it harder for your cells to absorb glucose → raises risk of type 2 diabetes and disrupts adiponectin, that protects against insulin resistance

3. Raises cardio vascular risk by accelerating atherosclerosis (plaque buildup in arteries), raising the chance of heart attack or stroke.

4. Causes Non- alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

5. Sleep apnea and cognitive decline

People dont want to adopt adolescent and older dogs primarily because they “believe” older dogs are difficult to train. 

In the video you can see 5+ year old Rocket aka Mylo (his birth name) and Luna 

Mylo has spent less than a week into our home and he is already largely potty trained with few accidents. 

He has learnt to sit down and shake hand and already transformed into a bundle of mischief along with Luna, the OG brat. sendebayan is training them well . 

We are so happy to be their parents.

My mentee Aishwarya’s transformation pictures will show you.. 

She started 4 months back with no hope to lose a single pound but with just aim to improve her lifestyle and fitness. But we achieved more than that?
Aishwarya was unable to lose weight for a long time despite active workout, kickboxing and Jiu-jitsu classes. Living abroad, her lifestyle was a lot about ordering in food because of her hectic lifestyle. Her meal planning and Her workouts were active but unstructured and thats where I came in
As a coach not only did I structure her diet and workout routine, I also structured her goals for her. I helped her organise her short term and long term goals and that gave her a direction

She had her ups and downs. Despite our time zone barrier, we were able to communicate daily about how she felt. From dealing with changes, peer pressure and her own mental barriers, we discussed them all. Explaining the whole process to her every single time helped her overthinking mind to relax and enjoy the process. Whats next?
