Today is World Mental Health Day ✨

Did you know that exercise isn’t just about building strength, it’s also a powerful tool to boost your mood and protect your mental health? 🧠💪🏾

From releasing endorphins that make you feel amazing, to balancing serotonin and dopamine that help fight stress, and even promoting brain growth by helping new neurons form 🧬… moving your body is self-care at its finest. 🌿

Now more than ever, let’s make mental health a priority. 💚

👉🏾 Tell me in the comments: what’s YOUR favourite way to move and take care of your mind? 🏃🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️💃🏾

Yes… moms are always tired 😅
But some of us decide to get up at 5 am to sweat a little before the chaos begins.
Madness? Maybe. Self-care? Definitely 💪🏾💜
You don’t have to do it at 5 am (or every day).
Only when you feel ready.
Because moving is also a way to recharge, not to push yourself harder. 🌿
💬 Are you one of those who trains early or do you prefer to do it when everyone else is asleep? 👀

Sometimes we think taking care of ourselves is selfish... but in reality, it’s the most generous thing we can do for those we love. 🫶

When you are strong, energized, and at peace, your family receives the best from you.
It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence.
About teaching by example that self-care is also love.

Your children deserve the best version of you 💜
And you deserve it too. 🌸

💬 What small self-care habit are you practicing today?

Becoming a mom doesn’t mean losing yourself 💜.

Two months postpartum, I decided to take charge of my health and honor my body 🏃🏾‍♀️💪🏾.

Every small step counts, every effort adds up, and today I’m stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever ✨🏋🏾‍♀️.

Let’s celebrate progress, not perfection. What milestone are you proud of? Share it below 👇🏾

Sometimes we think that to be taken seriously, we have to “fit” an impossible ideal... but the truth is, it’s not about perfection.

💜 It’s about showing that you respect yourself, that you take care of yourself, and that you give yourself the space to be well.
Because the body changes—over time, with life, with each stage—and that’s okay.
What’s important is what you convey: discipline, self-love, and strength.

Ultimately, your body doesn’t define your worth, but it does reflect how much respect you have for yourself.
And believe me, that also changes how the world responds to you. ✨

💬 What’s your favorite way to show yourself respect every day?

Fitness isn’t just about muscles or miles. It’s about mindset, balance, and being kind to yourself. 💖

These reminders keep me grounded: it’s okay to rest, to struggle, and to grow at your own pace. True strength is built inside and out. 🌱

👉 Do you think I can go back to my old body?

And that’s why I want to regain my strength, my energy, and my confidence.

If you’ve never tried a trampoline class, this is your sign ✨
It’s a low-impact exercise (ideal for postpartum or to take care of your knees), it improves your endurance, your coordination, and even your mood 💛
The best part: you have fun while you work out! 🫶
Would you try it? 👀

Today, on the International Day of Peace, I want to remind myself (and you) that peace begins within. 💛

Every small act of empathy, respect, and compassion we do each day is a seed that sows calm, in ourselves and in the world. ✨

Let today be a reminder that we can choose peace, even on chaotic days. 🌱🕊️

It’s not that your workout isn’t working... it’s that your lifestyle is fighting against your results.
It’s not the gym.
It’s skipping meals, living on coffee, staying up all night, and believing that an hour of exercise can cancel out everything else.

If you want to feel strong and see changes, start with the basics:
🥗 Eat well.
💧 Hydrate.
🛌 Sleep.
✨ And make exercise part of your routine, not a punishment.

Your body wants to win, but it needs you to play on its team. 💜

Moving like this—walking with my baby in a carrier and using what the park gives me—reminds me that every step counts. 💜
You don’t always need an hour at the gym to work on yourself.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing is simply showing up, with what you have and where you are.

Training through every stage taught me that my body is stronger than I imagined.

Through every stage—before pregnancy, during, and after—I kept showing up for myself.
I challenged myself.
I moved in ways that reminded me of what my body was capable of.
I discovered that the strength had always been there… I just had to activate it.

Today, I feel stronger than ever.
I move better.
I am more powerful.
Training through every stage taught me that the body is much more resilient than we think.

And I love being able to share it with you, so you know it’s possible, too. 💜

⏰Time passes, but my goal is clear in my mind.
Even though I can’t train at 100% in the gym yet, 🏋️‍♀️I can exercise while jumping and having fun to the beat. 🎉

Go ahead and get out of the gym and try new ways to exercise! 💪

Sometimes it's not laziness, it's a lack of direction, habits, and motivation.
The good thing is that all of this can be trained. 💪🏾✨

📍 Define what you want.
📍 Start small.
📍 Remove distractions.
📍 Celebrate your steps.

Discipline isn't about doing everything perfectly, but rather showing up for yourself, time and time again.

Which step on this list do you want to implement starting today? 👇🏾

Being a mom doesn’t mean leaving yourself aside. 💜
Yes, there are sleepless nights, diapers, and chaotic days... but there’s also room for you, even if it’s different than before.

I’ve learned to integrate my baby into my routine, not see him as an obstacle.
Sometimes he joins me during workouts, other times he becomes my best “extra weight,” and many times he’s just there, reminding me why I want to be stronger. 💪🏾👶🏾

Don’t wait for “perfect timing.”

When my baby was born, I thought “getting back to exercise” would be like before… but postpartum taught me many things that no one told me:

1️⃣ Your body feels different.
Your strength, your endurance, even the way you move changes. It’s not that you’re broken; it’s that your body has just given birth and now needs a new rhythm.

2️⃣ Your hormones change everything.
There are days when you have plenty of energy and others when you feel like you can’t go on. And it has nothing to do with your willpower, but rather with your body adjusting.

3️⃣ Lack of sleep changes the game.
When you spend sleepless nights caring for your baby, it’s normal for your body to not perform as well. I learned to listen to myself and not force myself.

4️⃣ Patience becomes your best friend.
Wanting quick results only brings frustration. Postpartum is about learning to celebrate small steps forward and recognizing the strength in everyday life.

5️⃣ It’s not about going back to your “old body.”
That body has already done something incredible: giving life. Now it’s about building a new version of you, stronger, more aware, and with a greater purpose.

💕 Exercising postpartum isn’t about punishing yourself or comparing yourself; it’s about taking care of yourself, reconnecting with yourself, and having energy for what’s most important: enjoying your baby.

True strength is not only built in the body, but also in the mind. 💪🏾💜
It is about quieting your thoughts, releasing what you cannot control, and taking action step by step. 👩🏾‍🦱💜

Every move matters, even the smallest one. Progress is built through consistency and self-love. 💜

To every woman on her journey: your thoughts are not facts, and you are stronger than you imagine. 👩🏾‍🦱💜

Today I get dressed up, I feel good in my skin, and I enjoy these calm moments with my baby.
Because between diapers, laughter, and sleepless nights, I keep remembering one thing:

Postpartum reminded me that the body changes… but also that strength is built little by little, step by step. 💪

💜 It’s not about perfection, it’s about believing in yourself, even when you feel afraid.

Every attempt, every movement, every day you choose to get up and do it counts.🌱
Because it’s not just about recovering, but about enjoying the process and being grateful for what your body can do today.
