INGREDIENTS
Desi ghee- 1 tbsp
Flaxseeds- 1 tbsp
Oats- 100 g
Dates- 150 g
Almonds- 100 g
Pistachios- A handful
METHOD
1. Put some ghee in a pan and add a cup of almonds to it.
2. Add flaxseeds and with constant stirring, cook until they turn crispy.
3. ⁠Shift the almonds and flax seeds to the grinder and grind until powdered.
4. Now empty the grinder and add chopped dates and a cup of oats. Grind them well.
5. Combine both the mixtures together and add some chopped pistachios to it.
6. Stuff the modak mixture in modak stands to give them shape.
Healthy modaks are ready to eat!
Total serving size- 12 modaks
Calories in 1 modak- 129.6 kcal

Oats omelette recipe🤗

INGREDIENTS

Oats - 1cup
Suji - 1/4 cup
Besan - 1/4 cup
Dahi -1/4 cup
Water - 1cup
Red bell pepper - 1/2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Yellow Bell pepper -1/2
Capsicum -1/2
Green chilli - 1
Coriander leaves - 7-8 leaves
Kitchen king -1/2 tsp
Tomato 1/2
Onion -1/2
Carrot- 1/2
Ginger and Beetroot for garnishing
Eno - 1
Salt - 1tsp
Black bell pepper 1/4 spoon
Ghee -2 tsp
Red chili paprika -1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

METHOD

• Take the oats and grind them to the fine powder. Add besan, and suji with dahi to it to make a thick batter.
• Add all the chopped veggies to it with salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder red chilli powder, and kitchen king let it sit for 5 minutes.
• Now heat the pan and add some ghee before spreading the batter to it make sure you add crushed black pepper and the Eno to it. Add some coriander leaves with beetroot and ginger laces on top.
• After spreading the batter cover it with the lid for 2-3 minutes and let it turn brown from both the sides
• serve hot with chutney and enjoy.
