INGREDIENTS Desi ghee- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds- 1 tbsp Oats- 100 g Dates- 150 g Almonds- 100 g Pistachios- A handful METHOD 1. Put some ghee in a pan and add a cup of almonds to it. 2. Add flaxseeds and with constant stirring, cook until they turn crispy. 3. Shift the almonds and flax seeds to the grinder and grind until powdered. 4. Now empty the grinder and add chopped dates and a cup of oats. Grind them well. 5. Combine both the mixtures together and add some chopped pistachios to it. 6. Stuff the modak mixture in modak stands to give them shape. Healthy modaks are ready to eat!
