Loxley’s Christening 🤍 St Mary’s, Porchester Castle — the same beautiful place where all three of my babies have been christened. A setting full of history, love, and moments we’ll never forget. UPDATE: One day everything feels normal… Then out of nowhere, you’re told you have a brain tumor. At the next update scan, they say they believe there might be two and it goes to a multidisciplinary board to evaluate. The fear that hits — it’s hard to even put into words. You start asking yourself questions no one should ever have to ask… Will I see my kids grow up? Will I be there on their wedding day? Will I get to live the life I imagined? Today I saw one of the top neurosurgeons in London, and he’s 90% sure it’s just one tumor — not two 🙏 The weight off my chest, I can breathe after trying to stay so strong and use humor to get me through this. We can’t operate on the original one “Tracey” because of where she is in my brain,the risks are too high, but she hasn’t grown; that’s a huge win. They think it’s benign, we can’t biopsy her— most likely a DNET tumor. We’ll do an MRI every 6 months to watch her, I have an upcoming appointment with a neurologist on potential seizures due to location, symptoms and if meds are needed. Praying she doesn’t grow as that means surgery is on the table and some difficult decisions. So for now, I just live with Tracey taking up space in my head. I’m so glad “Trevor” is nowhere to be seen 🖕🏼& Hope it stays that way! Honestly? I feel really lucky today.
