Body Recomp Diet Made Simple for you queens who want to build muscle + lose fat

Step 1: Figure out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) — that’s how many calories your body burns in a day. You can find it by Googling a TDEE calculator and plugging in your info.

Step 2: Eat at maintenance or a small deficit depending on your goal (either right at your TDEE or 100–300 calories below).

👉 Example: My TDEE is around 2200 calories a day. Since I want to keep my weight steady while focusing on muscle, I’ll stick with about 2200 daily. If I wanted to lose weight I would eat about 1800.

Step 3: Prioritize protein. Aim for about 1.2g per lb of lean body mass. If you don’t know your body fat %, just go with 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
