![ugh, 5 really is so so special! we just got the new americangirlbrand AG SISTERS and have been having non-stop “sleepovers” and hangs with our new dolls. I love watching Luna’s imagination and how she interacts with the girls; part mommy, part bestie... it makes my heart burst when I see a little bit of myself in her. AG Sisters are a new line rooted in friendship, fashion, and imagination. as a mama, I’m LOVING them because they’re a few inches smaller than reg American Girl dolls which makes them easier to adventure with bc you know my Luna girl loves bringing her dolls EVERYWHERE!]()

![my heart 🥹 there’s so much to unpack in these messages but the two things that stand out to me are: MOVEMENT is MEDICINE and it’s never TOO LATE to try something new!
I started sharing my salsa journey a little more than a year ago bc, well, that’s what I’ve done for the last 15 yrs: share my life on the internet. dancing changed my life, awakened something in me that had been dormant for a lot of my 30s… as a mom + a wife I forgot I was still THAT girl who could be connected to her body + who could have experiences that were HER OWN. and that joy overflowed onto the screen after every class, before every dance night out and in every 💃🏽 vid captured and LOOK what happened… we’re doing it babes! we’re dancing, we’re living, + we’re building community IRL.

![quite possibly our best summer yet 🥹 things just hit different at 5… she’s really just part of the crew. I’ve always heard mamas say the 5-7 yr. range is pretty incredible and I feel that and have never wanted to freeze time more than I do now.
TBH, I’m proud of her and us. we adventured HARD this summer and said YES to trying new things as a family and individuals. watching my baby ride a horse for the first time, embrace swimming (especially in the ocean), and making new friends in a NEW school in a DIFFERENT country this summer (s/o boundlesslife) were constant reminders from the universe to LIVE fully even it feels scary or hard. 🫶🏽
