Truth moment: The gym isn’t just where I build muscle it’s where I rebuild my mental health.

There were seasons in my life where simply getting out of bed felt like the biggest workout.  Depression had me in a chokehold. What shifted everything wasn’t a “perfect routine” but doing the inner work listening to my body, facing the emotions I tried to avoid, and choosing peace over chaos.

Every rep strengthens not just my body but my mind.
Every drop of sweat is proof I can release what no longer serves me.
Every breath grounds me back into my body.

The more we learn to notice these signals and respond to them with compassion  the more we build resilience, lower anxiety, and recover from stress faster.

Your nervous system will convince you to shrink even when your soul is ready to expand.

This morning I woke up with a deep sense of gratitude, gratitude for my curiosity.
Staying curious has been one of the greatest gifts on my journey, especially in the yoga and wellness space.

I stumbled upon an old video I created, and in watching it, I realized something beautiful  I’ve been practicing Somatics long before I ever called it that.
The body remembers, and it’s been guiding me all along.

Here’s what I want to remind you of today:
It’s okay to test things out.
It’s okay if one idea, one method, or one path doesn’t feel right. That doesn’t mean you’re off track  it means you’re exploring, learning, evolving.

Please don’t give up because something didn’t click right away. Stay open. Stay curious. Keep testing spaces until something aligns. That’s where growth happens.

 Ask yourself:
Where are your invitations coming from?
Where are you being called to share your gifts, your voice, your light?

Follow that. Your path will unfold, one step at a time.
