My fav recipe for a post workout smoothie! Using mykaruna prebiotic superfood juice. Super tasty and packed with electrolytes, collagen and antioxidants. Recipe: - 1 cup frozen mango - 1/3 cup frozen strawberries - 1/3 cup frozen bananas - 1/3 cup frozen peaches - 1/2 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt - 1 cup spinach - 2 TBSP lemon juice - 1 cup mykaruna Why another smoothie recipe? On Sundays, we BRUNCH! This time from whitedogphilly in University City. Really good food, great menu, and some real tasty brunch cocktails. The short rib omelette special was def my fav this visit. It’s soup szn y’all! So, I wanted to share my Grandma’s recipe for Homestyle Chicken Corn Soup 🌽 perfect for this weather. The secret is adding cream corn. It adds a creamy richness to the soup and really brings out that delicious corn flavor and aroma. Complete recipe at link in bio. Pro Tip: you gotta have it with some crusty bread to sop up all that broth. I have an easy recipe for that too!
