Rabbit, rosemary, sage and lard of Colonnata, together with a clay pot, is all you need to prepare this great recipe. 😋
Ingredients:
• One rabbit cut into pieces
• rosemary
• sage
• 2/3 cloves of garlic
• lard of Colonnata (3 slices of 1 cm and 1 slice for every pice of rabbit)
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• white wine
• beef or vegetal broth (as you prefer)
1) Chop the lard with rosemary and sage, put it in the clay pot with some oil and the cloves of garlic and let il fry for some minutes.
2) roll the pieces of rabbit with the lard and place them in the pot with the bouquet of rosemary and sage. Add salt and pepper and brown the meat on all sides.
3) Deglaze with white wine and cover with lid.
4) When the wine is reduced add 3 or 4 ladles of broth and cover with the lid. Let it cook over low heat for almost an hour until the meat is tender and the sauce reduced.
Serve with some polenta, roasted potatoes or fresh salad and a good glass of wine .🍷

In love with kodawariramen 😍😍😍
I can say with no doubt that this is the BEST ramen in Paris I have tried so far 🍜 
There are two Kodawari, the one I went to is Tsukiji, like the Tokyo fish market, where the dishes are based on fish.
Then there is another one which is meat based.
The waiting line is always quite long but I think it is totally worth it.
My advice: get the chef version of the ramen 😉

New recipe to save for later💕 you can make this as an appetizer for your Easter lunch, everyone will love it😍
Quiche with spinach and ricotta, quick and easy to make!!

Ingredients: 

-400/500g frozen spinach 
-1 pot of ricotta
-1 egg
-1 sheet of puff pastry 
-salt & pepper
-Parmigiano (I put a loooot)
-1 clove of garlic 
-olive oil 

Recipe:

In a large pan preheat the oil with the clove of garlic, when the garlic is golden add the frozen spinach, cover the pan and let cook at a medium-low heat.
In a bowl put the ricotta with a drip of olive oil, some salt and pepper to taste, the egg and the parmigiano. Mix everything together and set it aside.
When the spinach is ready turn off the stove and add some sale and pepper, if you like also a small chunk of butter, then add it to the ricotta mix.
Lay the puff pastry in the baking tray and poke it with a fork all over the bottom part, add the mix into it and create the border by folding the excess dough over the spinach. Sprinkle some more parmigiano and put into a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes (depending on the oven the time can change) or until golden.
You can serve it hot or cold it will be good anyway 😉

Went back to this cozy restaurant, one of my favorite places in the 17th arrondissement for the happy hour 🍻 manhattanterrazza 

The best part? During the happy the pinte is 4.90€, the pizza margherita 8€ and pizza napoletana (only with tomato sauce) is 5€ and comes una heart shape😍
Moreover you can also get their focaccias, the basic one is just 3.50€

It is totally worth trying!!

BOLOGNESE SAUCE 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

One of my favorite pasta sauces 😍
Easy to make, just requires some patience since it needs a long cooking time. Anyway once you make a pot you can freeze it in portions so it will be ready to be used!

Ingredients (for a quite big pot):

-750g minced beef
-250g Italian sausage (pork meat)
-2/3 bottles of tomato sauce 🥫 
-olive oil
-2 glasses of red wine
-1 carrot
-1 onion
-1 piece of celery
-nutmeg
-black pepper
-salt
-fresh rosemary

Recipe:

In a large casserole put some olive oil and start cooking the sausage meat (that you peeled and cut into small pieces).
In the meanwhile cut very finely the onion, carrot and celery and once the sausage is golden add them to the pan (you can keep the waste to make a vegetable broth to add to the sauce in case it becomes too dry).
Once the vegetables are also golden, add the other meat and stir it so that it doesn’t clog into big chunks.
Leave the casserole on a quite high heat, stirring, until you see that there is no more water coming out the mix. At this point add your 2 glasses of red wine🍷 and let it evaporate (the high heat will make it evaporate almost immediately).
Once the wine is all gone add the tomato sauce, the rosemary, some nutmeg and some black pepper and stir.
After a few minutes add the salt and leave it boiling on a low heat for 2/3 hours so all the flavors will come out.
Once it is ready leave it cool down and then you can either use it or store it in the freezer. 
The day after is way better anyway 😉
Little tip for when you make your pasta, add a little butter to the sauce it will make it creamier 😋

The perfect recipe for your Sunday lunch 😍
This traditional Italian dish is a pasta with guanciale, pecorino, black pepper and artichokes. Just delicious! 🤤

Difficulty: medium 
Time to prepare: 30 min 

Ingredients for 4 people:
-150g Guanciale
-400g pasta (I like rigatoni but you can also choose a long type of pasta)
-3/4 artichokes 
-a nice piece of pecorino
-olive oil 
-black pepper
-salt
-a clove of garlic 
-one glass of white wine

Recipe:

Start by putting a casserole with water for your pasta on the stove then start cutting the guanciale into pieces that should not be too small and put it into a pan with medium heat until golden and crispy. Once it is done, set it aside in a bowl and keep the grease in the pan.
While the guanciale is cooking start preparing the artichokes by cleaning them outside and inside and cutting them into thin slices, to prevent them from oxidation put the cut artichokes into water with some lemon.
Once the guanciale is in the bowl, put the clove of garlic into the grease of the guanciale and then add the cut artichokes.
After a few minutes, deglaze with a glass of white wine and leave it cook.
When the water is boiling add some salt to it and the pasta, that you will leave for half its cooking time. You will finish cooking it in the same pan with the artichokes, adding some cooking water when needed to create a creamy texture.
When the pasta is “Al dente” add the guanciale and stir well. Turn off the heat and add the pecorino cheese and some black pepper.
You can garnish the plate with some more pecorino and pepper and bon appetit 😋

New easy and fast recipe for you!
Lemon chicken, creamy and delicious, with roasted sweet potatoes 🍠😋 

Ingredients for 2 people:
-chicken breast (x2)
-flour
-salt
-pepper
-1 clove of garlic
-half a lemon 🍋 
-white wine (1 glass)
-1 big sweet potato
-rosemary
-1 stock cube

Recipe:
FOR THE SWEET POTATOES 🍠 
Preheat the oven at 180°, dice the potatoes and season them with olive oil salt rosemary and some black pepper.
Put them in the heated oven for 30 minutes (depends on the oven, check on them) until you see they form a crust.

FOR THE CHICKEN
Preheat some water (1 or 2 glasses) where you will melt the stock cube.
Cut the chicken breast into small chunks and put some pepper and salt on it (not to much) and some spices of your choice if you want, then cover it with flour.
In a pan put olive oil and a clove of garlic and some rosemary, when the oil is hot put the chicken it and make it create a golden crust.
Once the chicken is golden, put the stove on high and add the wine, which has to evaporate entirely.
Once the wine has evaporated, add the stock and the juice of half a lemon. 
Put the stove on low and leave it for a few minutes until the sauce becomes creamy and dense.
The lower the heat the tender the chicken will be 😉

Assemble the plate and your dinner is ready!

Went to baobaoland.paris to try their homemade baos.
We got the pork and the beef baos, then tried the gua bao with tempora shrimp is and the pork one, they come with sweet potatoes fries 😋
Lastly we tried the noodles ultra parfumés but they were not my favorites.

The baos were good but not the best I’ve tried, the dish I liked the most was the pork gua bao.

I would rate them a 6.5/10

SAVE THE RECIPE‼️
Easy peasy quiche recipe for your lunchbox or for a quick dinner, to surprise your guests👩🏻‍🍳😉

Level: very simple

Ingredients:
-1 sheet of puff pastry 
-cherry tomatoes (around 200g)
-feta cheese (around 200g)
-fresh basil
-1 clove of garlic
-olive oil
-pepper and salt
-dried herbs (of your choice, I had oregano, rosemary, thyme)

Recipe:
Preheat the oven at 180°.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them in a bowl to marinate with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, basil and the dried herbs for 10/15 minutes.
Cut the feta in little chunks and put it aside, open the puff pastry and put it in your baking sheet or mold and poke it with a fork to create some holes.
When the tomatoes are marinated add the feta to them and mix it well, put the mix on the puff pastry and close the dough in order to make a border (you don’t want anything to spill out!).
A little olive oil on top and right into the oven for about 20/30 minutes (it depends on the oven, better check on it often).
If you want to make it look shiny you can spread some egg yolk on the dough before putting the quiche in the oven 😌

I had a lovely night gyozabar_paris 

The atmosphere was nice, the staff very friendly and we discovered an amazing cocktail bar hidden under the restaurant. The cocktails were amazing🍸 😍

The only pain point were the gyozas, they were good and homemade but way too salty… maybe the chef didn’t realize it when making them. 

I would anyway give it a 6.5/10, if the dumplings were better it would have given it a solid 8

Felt like some asian food so I decided to go try maodumplingbar 

The menu proposes 5 types of dumplings, 1 dumpling of the day and a mix of 4 types of dumplings (that sadly you can’t compose yourself with the ones you like). Moreover there are some tapas to share, we got the aubergines, the mapo tofu and the popcorn fried chicken.

I can say that the thing that I liked the most was the fried chicken, super juicy and delicious. The ravioli were good but not incredible, the best for me were the Sichuan ones.

If I had to vote this restaurant it would be a 6.5/10 overall also because of the long waiting line to get a table.

Every time I go to the mountains close to my home town, in Sappada, I can’t miss the opportunity to eat in this amazing place mondschein_tasteofthedolomites 
I would say one of my favorite restaurants ever 😍

Their dishes are original, well presented and cooked with local ingredients, the atmosphere is cozy, their wine choice is very well done and the staff is amazing.

Super easy home made vegetables quiche 😍

Perfect for your dinner with friends or for your lunch box 😋

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry 
- vegetables of your choice (here I used carrots, zucchini, and belly peppers) 
- 1 egg
- 1 box of ricotta (250g)
- grated parmigiano
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil 
- 1 clove of garlic 
- a few leaves of basil
- cheese of your choice (if wanted)

Recipe:
Start by cooking the vegetables. Cut them in sticks (or squares if you prefer), in a frying pan add oil and the clove of garlic, when the garlic is golden throw the vegetables in it. 
Leave until the vegetables are a little roasted and stir once every while. Add the basil and the salt when the vegetables are half cooked.
Start preparing the base. In a bowl mix the ricotta with the egg, salt and pepper to taste, parmigiano and stir well (add a split of milk if you see it is too dry).
In a baking pan put the puff pastry and make some holes in it. 
Once the vegetables are cooked add them to the egg and ricotta, then add your chosen cheese cut into small chunks and mix, stir well and add everything to the puff pastry.
Create the borders and put in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 min (it depends on your oven so check on it frequently).
