Went to brasserie_bofinger for classic French food ! This restaurant never disappoints if you’re looking for classic French cuisine with great service ! Started off with their foie gras : super tasteful and the right amount of seasoning. Flambée beef steak paired with a green pepper sauce served with mashed potatoes: the flavor was incredible ! The sauce was perfectly spicy and warm. The mashed potatoes with the sauce was 🔥 For dessert you must try their profiteroles ! Went to restaurantderriere ! This a more expensive restaurant but super worth it considering the quality of the food and the location 😍 All the food is delicious ! The quality of the produce used is there and you can tell when you taste the food ! I had the tuna tataki with pilaf rice and a mango sauce 💯 The tuna was perfectly cooked and super tender ! The rice was amazing and the fresh mango paired super well with the dish 🥰 The desserts were good but the lemon meringue tarte was superior to the coffee millefeuille… the pastry dough was a bit dry which didn’t make it as good as it could have been. The location is very cool 💯 ! You could eat on a ping-pong table or you can have a bed and tv right next to your table ! It’s very random and cool aesthetic. Went to bonnie_restaurant_bar and tried many of their dishes ! This is a much pricier restaurant, so great to celebrate special occasions 🎉 Unfortunately wasn’t able to get pictures of the main meals so I’ll tell you about the appetizers and desserts 😅 The wagyu tartare was very good ! Super fresh and the meat was very tender 😍 Just felt the seasoning could have been better executed… it missed a kick 🌶️ The red tuna carpaccio was very light and fresh ! The slices were perfectly done and super thin (almost translucent) which was appreciated but same mention as the tacos , it lacked seasoning and salt The eggplant and goat cheese salad was my least favorite ; the aubergine wasn’t fully cooked through but the goat cheese was well seasoned and creamy ! The desserts were the highlight ! The crème brûlée cheesecake was to die for ! The custard was super smooth and had a nice vanilla flavor paired with the fresh raspberries and the crunch 💯 The ambiance and terrace is gorgeous ! You get a 360 view of Paris ! Went to cryingtigerfood for some Thai food 🇹🇭 I had the noodles with coconut red curry broth and minced chicken meat ! It was full of flavor and a super comforting meal ! The pad Thai was also very well executed 😍 100% recommended for a classic that never fails ! Tried out divo.paris 🍕 Tried their creamy burrata with peaches and nectarines ! The sweet and salty balance was nice just thought the fruit weren’t ripe enough which didn’t give the full experience 😅 The fried courgette flowers filled with truffle ricotta and fried with Parmesan sprinkled on top was amazing ! Super flavorful and a perfect crunch 😍 We also went for their pizza 🍕First we ordered the nduja and straciatella with hot honey on top ! I was super excited for this one and it was good just felt the flavors could have been even better if there was less hot honey which overpowered the whole meal… but overall it was good 🌶️ Finally we had the pizza with homemade pesto, straciatella and cherry tomatoes 😍 This was great and super flavorful ! As for the pizza dough wasn’t the best I’ve tried and not as light as I hoped but overall the food was great ! 🍷 One of my new favorite wine bars in Paris lepinardierparis Great place to try a few French classics but tapas style with a great selection of wines 🍾 Highly recommend ! The tacos were great even the tortilla could have been a bit better the pulled meat inside was great ! Paired with the sauce 😍🌮 Then had their tarte Tatin Salé du moment ! Tried out for brunch clint_paris They have a few locations around Paris so check them out ! Safe to say it’s a great brunch place if you don’t want to wait too long in line for a Sunday brunch 😍 Their pancakes with bacon, eggs and maple syrup were the highlight ! Pancakes were very light and fluffy. gaijinramen_lab for great ramen 🍜 Make sure to make a reservation ! A restaurant founded by a French native who travelled to Japan and fell in love with culture and food ! He decided to bring what he learned back to Paris and add a French twist to these classic Japanese dishes 🇯🇵 On the menu you will find him cooking with magret of duck including this entée we tried ! The start of the show which was duck paired with pickled onions and algue🔥 Ramen we went for the Shio Paitan with chicken , ginger in a super comforting chicken broth ! A few weeks ago I had gone to the pop up Terraza Eminente in Paris ✨ Located on the 7th floor of the Terrass’ Hotel is your opportunity to discover the world of Cuba in collaboration with eminenterum 🍹 Overall the cocktails were amazing and the ambiance truly made it feel like you were no longer in Paris and transported to the tropics 🌴 The food was also great we went for a ceviche which was super fresh and a lobster roll that was flavorful and well served 🦞 These paired beautifully with the cocktails ! We also went for shrimp tempura which was well done, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside 😍 The croquetas on the other hand were disappointing… there was no iberico ham inside and it was simply béchamel… Overall a great experience ! We got eggs Benedict which was nice and creamy with perfectly runny eggs ! Thought the hollandaise sauce could have been more flavorful but it was good ! Tried the Shakshuka was super flavorful ! sappororamen located in the Japanese area of Paris - Rue Saint Anne 🍜 Most restaurants in this area have lines you’ll need to wait at in order to get in so make sure to keep that in mind if you go 😊 Started off with spicy porc bites which were delicious and crispy just like you want it ☺️ some pieces were spicier than others but otherwise very good !
