Get them to do a Lower Bleph with Fatpad Repositioning either BEFORE they see you or during or that face lift.
If the client says no to above, I actually decline to take them on because my work won't shine.
As per usual. I did everything from Temple ALL the way down to chin.
Cost with 2 sessions: $ 11,814.
At her 6 mths maintenance appt, avg investment likely $4500
Then, off to once a year maintenance avg investment then $3500-$4500
Fillers last as long as you maintain.

I’m not here to make you look “CRAZY” when I recommend multiple areas you didn’t originally ask for.
My job is to advise based on facial balance.
That means treating the face as a whole, not chasing lines or isolated concerns.
I was born with asymmetry and that’s normal. Most people are.
That’s exactly where fillers play a role: restoring harmony, not perfection.
So no, being in your 20s doesn’t mean you’re “too young” for filler. It means you’re investing early in balanced, preventative care.

![I want to try PDGF but I've been hearing of injectors getting nodules with it? What are you guys doing to make go away? Time? Massage? Hope for the the best? and yes it was placed deeply.
Ive only had 1 Nodule with PRF in 4 years and I dabbed 2 units of TPA and it went away..INSTANTLY!
Also we have a client who got PDGF from a local injector and it induced acute malar mound edema that has not improved for 3 weeks. Also it was placed deep only.

What's makes them similar? The spelling and they all deal with SKIN.
