Complex case. Our patient is missing tooth 11 due to dental agenesis, with 4+ years of orthodontic treatment she reached to the before photo. As we don’t have enough space to place and implant, and the patient wasn’t willing to continue with the orthodontic treatment, in conjunction with the patient we agreed on a comprehensive approach with porcelain veneers, the patient being aware that the middle line won’t be perfect, we obtained this result. We turned tooth 21 into an 11, tooth 22 into a 21 and so on, to restore and give the patient a natural-looking smile. Lower veneers were also made to match the upper ones in shape and color. The patient was happy with the result. Caso complejo. A nuestra paciente le faltaba el diente 11 a causa de una agenesia dental, con más de 4 años de tratamiento de ortodoncia logró el resultado de la foto del antes. Como no contamos con suficiente espacio para colocar un implante, y la paciente no estaba dispuesta a continuar con el tratamiento de ortodoncia, acordamos en conjunto un abordaje integral con carillas de porcelana, consciente de que la línea media no quedaría perfecta, obtuvimos este resultado. Convertimos el diente 21 en 11, el diente 22 en 21, y así sucesivamente, para restaurar y darle al paciente una sonrisa natural. All new start can be hard at the beginning, like it was in my case but I kept working hard, I kept trying my best and now all good things are coming my way.
