![Over the last 24 hours, I’ve shared something I’m experiencing with 3 of my friends - something completely out of my comfort zone.

![If I could talk to my 25 year old self, I’d tell her…
👉🏽 The WORLD tries to make you fear aging. They say things like, “you’re old,” as if EVERYONE won’t have to age. Aging is a blessing. But, at 46 years old - I’m here to tell you that if you take GREAT care of yourself, you’ll feel and look AMAZING!
👉🏽 You’re going to feel your sexiest in your 40’s. There’s an energy and confidence boost that happens. You don’t care as much about what people think of you. You dress for yourself and spend more time doing things that make you feel good.
👉🏽 That week of ovulation is dangerous. You will feel it like never before. Resist the urge to send “I was just checking on you” texts.
👉🏽 Don’t be afraid to keep loving - even through a broken heart. You will heal and love is beautiful.
👉🏽 Exercise. I can’t emphasize this enough. You will start to notice how your body changes with age. You have a LOT of control over this - but you MUST prioritize your physical fitness.
👉🏽 Wash the makeup off EVERYDAY! Have a skincare regimen. Your body likes consistency.
👉🏽 Learn how to shift your energy through breath-work. This is a game changer to fight against anxiety, depression and overwhelm.
👉🏽 SPEAK UP - you belong at the table too!
👉🏽 Prioritize your relationship with God - your faith will take you places your hope can’t.
👉🏽 You’ll waste YEARS of your life being a people pleaser. Just don’t do it.
👉🏽 Choose the right partner. The partner you choose significantly contributes to the quality of your life experience. The wrong partner will age you faster and take years off your life. You’ll build a legacy with the right one, however.
👉🏽 Have expectations - of ANYONE who gets to access you. And also remember that people GET TO access you, so your expectations are valid.
👉🏽 Never stop dreaming.
👉🏽 Learn to critically think. Critical thinking skills are essential to survival and success. If you can think critically, you can figure anything out.

![THE DEAL IS CLOSED‼️‼️‼️
We purchased a million dollar commercial property exactly 2 years ago. We were so excited to develop that property and build something BIG, but we soon realized that we were in wayyyyyy over our heads.
The amount of work, money and time required to bring that project to life was more than we wanted to take on - so we decided to sell it.
We brought on the BEST REALTOR in the game lovebrisimone and she had this building listed and under contract within 2 weeks thanks to her relationships and unique marketing efforts. When the 1st deal fell through, she had it back under contract about a week later and now we are CLOSED!
The purchase of this property 2 years ago turned out to be a FANTASTIC investment because Bri made sure we got a 100 PERCENT RETURN on our original investment!!!
We had an idea - it didn’t work the way we imagined it. We pivoted and made the best of our decisions. In the end, we came out better than we went in!
Now it’s off to the next project…

![At 46 years old, I feel more womanly than I’ve ever felt before. My energy is what’s most attractive…
There’s something so sexy about feeling your best, but it doesn’t come without intentionally maintaining yourself - at ANY age!
Here are a few things I SWEAR BY to maintain my youthfulness while aging gracefully:
👉🏽 I prioritize FULL BODY skincare. It’s extremely important to keep your skin hydrated topically. I use thick moisturizers all over and follow up with an oil to lock it all in.
👉🏽 I drink a LOT of water. Water is about 90% of what I drink. The other 10% is a combo of mostly natural juices, sweet tea (when I’m dining out) and cappuccinos.
👉🏽 Sunscreen - everyday - no matter what.
👉🏽 I listen to binaural sounds while I’m asleep. I’ve never been an 8 hour sleeper, so I listen to binaural sounds to ensure I get GOOD sleep.
👉🏽 I exercise regularly. I don’t like it. It’s not fun. But it makes me feel good and is good for me - so I do it.
👉🏽 I take supplements daily - I don’t care what it tastes like. I am grown. If it’s good for me, I take it!
👉🏽 I’m a quitter of stressful relationships. The people you keep closest to you will add or subtract years away from your life. You add or you’re removed - this is a non-negotiable for me.
👉🏽 I laugh and dance EVERYDAY - and I don’t need an audience to do either. I’m genuinely happy.
👉🏽 I meditate for at least 10 minutes daily. This breaks down tension and overwhelm.
👉🏽 I actively pursue my dreams - which keeps you tapped into your child-like imagination, which in turn is reflective of your energy.
👉🏽 Recently, I discovered bio-hacking strategies like NAD+ and peptides to speed up cellular turnover and optimize brain functionality.
👉🏽 I’m a deep and passionate lover girl and I’m never afraid to love someone. People who love deeply radiate.
👉🏽 Most importantly: I fight back! If I notice things are falling off, I don’t wait until it’s a worst case scenario to do something about it. I am extremely proactive about my health and wellness.
👉🏽 I keep a few YN’s around me just to keep it all balanced.
