This was a typical day for me, I usually try to get an afternoon snack in but I was so busy after my workout I ran out of time!

If I was trying to stay in a deficit I would've swapped mashed potatoes for mashed cauliflower and ditched the popcorn at the end of the day. Not too shabby though!
