Rome mini guide 🔗♥️🏛🇮🇹 Rome is my favourite city in Europe, just spent a couple of days here before coming back to London tomorrow! It is indeed the Eternal City, I’m forever inspired by the history, architecture, beauty, people, the cuisine here and the Italian language (I even learned it for a year and can speak a bit). That year I got the UK Global Talent Visa in marketing (after a rejection that almost broke me but didn’t). It gave us the freedom to build the life we wanted here. Since then, not once have we regretted it. things I’m grateful for in August 🪐 • celebrated 2 years of living in London 🇬🇧♥️ • +4K new people joined my blog (hi & welcome 🫶🏻), so grateful that a post about what I care a lot about (culture, traditions, London) resonated so much… 1M views 🤯 • finally went on a summer trip after 5 months in the UK: 3 weeks, 7 countries & 1 road trip before corporate life fully kicked in • travel notes: Monaco disappointed me, but I fell in love with the Italian Riviera and also changed my mind about Lisbon on my third visit • first month back in 9-5 as a marketing girly (and my first job in London!) after a year-long break • reunited with my parents after a long time 🤍 • went to Manchester to support my husband’s football passion • reached 67/100 workouts this year (this month was all about strength & running sessions while the weather is still warm), it was honestly difficult to keep the routine during travels but I did my best and even went on a run in Copenhagen with my friend • celebrated the last month of summer with friends, endless park walks, coffees and enjoying sunny early mornings now I’m fully ready for cozy autumn in London 🙂‍↔️🍂☕️🇬🇧☔️ #londondiaries #londonlife #londonculture 2025-08-25 18:04:25 .. 364 +57% 15 +55%
