🍝sage butter gnocchi🍝
ingredients:
sage
garlic
salt
pepper
good quality butter
gnocchi
olive/avocado oil
Parmigiano Reggiano
step by step👇🏼
• Sauté gnocchi in oil on medium high heat
• remove gnocchi
• in same pan melt butter
• add garlic (minced or sliced)
• add sage leaves
• simmer on low for 5 minutes
• add gnocchi back in
• soak & mix into butter sauce
• add salt & pepper
• add freshly shaved Parmesan
