Multiply bodyweight by:
- 8 if you have 40 or more lbs to lose 
- 9 if you have 20-40 lbs to lose

3. Go 80/20 with your diet:

When I was in my 20’s I learned this one little hack that changed my life.

I had just gotten my body in shape when I became a personal trainer.

In the gym, I was working with a coach named Darren.

Darren never smiled. He was as grumpy as ever.

But the good thing about Darren was that he would always give it to you straight. He wouldn’t mince words.

Most times, we’re not hungry. We’re either bored or dehydrated.
